Review Kilcunda General Store - Kilcunda

Really delicious meals, great coffee and hot chocolates. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Beautiful views of the beach from the store. The place has a nice atmosphere, with some old fashioned laminex tables to be found inside and out, giving it that lived in feel. Definitely worth a stop.

I’m still thinking about that Dahl off the specials board. Lovely feel to this place, solid menu with a beautiful view. *We had a Sunday drive from Melbourne. Went to Loch, drove through the most beautiful country to the Bass Coast with lunch in Kilcunda. Recommend.

Great great great coffee! Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. They have the best coffee available and even some fresh baked goods as well. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys!

Stopped for lunch on a busy Sunday. The store was busy but the service was prompt and friendly. The coffee and food were delicious. Will definitely be back next time we are down on the Bass Coast. Highly recommend.

Nice food, nice views, friendly staff We stopped here for lunch after a stroll on the beach across the road. After 2pm, it was quite difficult to find a place that was still open for lunch. One thing to note is that they take your details for contact tracing and this is something to be admired (in case of any transmission). Staff are very friendly and helpful. And the views from the window are facing the sea. Very nice. The coffee is also good. We ordered one burger to share and as you can see from the pictures - it was fresh and tasty. The bun and meat pattie was very soft and the pickle in the burger complemented the taste. In summary, I would recommend this place.

Used to be my favourite place to visit for a coffee and meal but was sadly disappointed returning after a couple years away. The cafe is very rundown, food was average and staff quite rude. I hope it was just an off day and they return to their beautiful cafe they once were!

An eclectic fit out from a bygone era lends charm to this local Cafe. Fish and chips, schnitzel burger and giant home made sausage rolls are all delicious and the coffee is pretty good too. Try the date scone and macadamia and chocolate brownie.

One star is being generous Rude staff, poor customer service. We had been seated long enough to decide on what meal to have for lunch but were then ‘told’ by a snarly waitress to ‘move’ tables so they could seat a party of 10. When queried, was told the table had been reserved (umm… clearly not as we had been seated for sometime and they had just walked in and we heard them ask if they had a table) Not happy and won’t be back!
