Absolutely love the pizza especially the crust! The pizzas are packed with flavour but not heavy. The crust is so light and crispy, the flavour of the crust is light and delicious. Definitely recommend people come and try the pizza... work your way down the menu, I plan to

BONDI. Here in bondi, we love the northern beaches. Well, I mean we love that they exist. We've never been there (sober), but the beaches obviously keep the good (?) peeps of the area away from here. So, mikey says he's moved here and yada yada yada, they're open and I'm the blessed virgin reviewer. They claim to be a new york style. Well, that's as big a call as me telling Djokovic that im a great tennis player. The pedigree is good...they know the good places in new York....but words ain't pizza and only one will be eaten today. There are certain tests for new york Pizza...heres how they fared... Stretch. The dough should stretch as you bite and chew it. It's a tough test that most fail. The base passes the test really well, though the crust is still a bit stiff, but not to a fault. Sugo: It doesn't matter where your tomatoes come from, it's how they work. These are a very good balance of liquid and flavour. A tad sweet for me, but not out of the range you'd get in nyc. Cheese: there's enough stretch here to satisfy. Fold: this is key. The slice, even this pie cut into 8 (firmly believe the smaller size should be cut to 6) needs to be able to be folded by the crust and eaten the way god intended. No dripping, no fall out, no collapsing, but still with the aforementioned chew. This does it well. Big plus. Others: one piece of basil per slice is a real plus. The side oils too. Service is good and friendly, though not new york style (which is a great mix of friendly, and "why are you here, im busy" which would get lost in translation in touch sensitive bondi). The price? Yuge. $24 for a small pizza BUT di fara (the now deceased god of pizza) is even more. But di fara this ain't. What is it? A satisfying, very decent swing at something pretty hard to achieve (even in nyc).

A great addition to the Neighbourhood. Friendly welcome by Mikey, The pizza the New Yorker was perfect. Good selection of Shiraz, bottom line for two $150. Recommended.

Hands down best pizza I’ve had in Australia! The simplicity but perfection of flavours is hard to come by, these guys know pizza! Recommend wearing stretch pants as you won’t be able to stop yourself. Well done Mickey and team! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Saw Mikey's on Instagram, and had to try these enormous 18" pizzas. Went for the classics and few unexpected choices. I wouldn't say I'm a pizza connoisseur, but these pizzas were AMAZING. Pizzas was massive, thin, tasty with the perfect amount of toppings. I will be coming back for dine-in.

So f-ing good. All the reviews are right: the pizza is just as NY pizza should be. Crisp base, but not so crisp you can't roll it. Hot cheesy melty toppings. And it's NOT expensive. The servings are huge, and you get exactly what you pay for. (I'm not sure what the nay-sayers are going on about). Additionally, the staff here actually understand the meaning of 'hospitality.' They're just so kind and welcoming. I love this place - thanks for bringing your charm to Bondi!
