Not good. Got a frozen grape instead of raspberry and it was dripping everywhere. Dining was old and dirty. They need to renovate. Invermay maccas has better service and dining. Go there instead 👍🏻👍🏻
every time i come here i ask for pickles and get none. everytime i ask for extra seasoning it seems like i get none at all instead of extra. slow and cold food
had the worst experience here today. ordered a iced chocolate and received a cup full of milk with some cream on top, the manager was kind enough to replace it but that didn’t make up for the cup i got back… i don’t know how maccas normally makes their ice chocolate but a cup full of coco powder? i

Poor service after telling manager that 2 auto order machines were malfuncioning, he advised that he would inspect, didnt go near them. Burgers were luke warm at best, chips undercooked, limp and soggy. Filet of fish looked like it had been thrown into the box. Very poor expierience.
An easy getaway for me and families. one of the most beautiful and neatest McDonalds branches in Launceston and just 5 to 10 mins for residents living close by in Kingsmeadows. I just need a excuse to get out and grab my favourite mac's.
this store is always 10x worse then the south and Invermay. rude staff, always a problem with a machine or if i get an online order, the waits for the food to just be wrong anyway. i honestly don’t recommend this store. There not willing to help if they mess up an order. just straight poor service
