ordered the braised beef short rib in stew pot and bibimbap and I loved it. Also ordered the Korean bbq and I gotta say, it doesn’t taste like Korean bbq at all. Just stick to the other foods on the menu, it tastes good besides the Korean bbq.
Lunch prices are cheaper than dinner prices, and it’s so cheap!! The crispy chicken udon was $12 and I couldn’t finish it. The chicken was great, really hot and crispy. My friends were all very happy with their portion sizes. However, the service was sub-par, the waitress was kinda passive aggressive half the time and made us feel bad. That won’t stop us from going back though because those prices!!!
The fried chicken was delicious. I loved the overall experience because it was my first time going to a Korean bbq restaurant. It was enjoyable, the meat was tender, the kimchi pancake and side dishes were tasty.
The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed help with the bbq. They were friendly and attentive.
Kimchi hotpot is mouthwatering and delicious. Beef is soft and juicy and they are very generous with it, the soup itself is spicy and flavoursome. Spicy beef bulgogi is also delicious and their fried chicken is good. Always a delicious and satisfying experience eating at Sally's. Zomato's rating is harsh in my opinion, give it a shot you won't be disappointed 😀
This is a KBBQ restaurant opened by the team at Time for Thai so while it is not authentic Korean cuisine, it is still pretty nice and the meat is Halal. My picks are the seafood pancake, spicy chicken (BBQ) and beef ribs (BBQ).
