I’ve found a new addiction, Lebanese pizza. Until this year, I had never tried it and man was I missing out on some fantastic flavours.
My favourite, apart from of course Zartar, is by far the cheese, sujuk and egg. On a fabulously light and fluffy pizza base topped with spicy sausage, cheese and egg...... oh wow, the flavour combination is outstanding. I love the way the melted cheese stretches as I tear a bite off.
The labne at this place is also a good bite too. It’s a fresh bite and my favourite when I feel like mixing it up.

This bakery is one of the few of its kind left. The whole experience is so unique. You order the pizza and they make it fresh right in front of you. You can smell the flavours and spices from a mile away. I would highly recommend Sahara bakery. A very traditional experience is what makes it so special. And the dough reminds me of eating a pizza in my home country. Been going for 10 years!
The best Lebanese pizza around! The food is 5/5. The meat and cheese pizza is my favorite. I have literally been going to this place for over 8 years and have tried every pizza on the menu. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. I have 6 Lebanese bakeries around me in the area and still travel to this bakery for their great food.
However, I will mention that although the owner is a lovely and extremely generous Lady, the the staff don’t speak english very well and they can come across as pushy and rude. They are very busy so i understand the pressure! They have made mistakes with my order before and if they do i recommend you speak to the owener as she will deal with the situation very well.

If I could give these lovely girls 10 stars I would best Lebanese bakery zatar in Aus they make fresh in front of u not pre heated like the others my wife and I love the zatar and cheese it's a must try
