Delicious and tasty! This is an awesome maccers 🍔🍟 Every time we eat here its always on point, hot, fresh and tasty. They get the orders right and pump through the number of people. Its always really busy and you have to wait longer than most maccers but its worth it due to the fresh, hot and tasty results. I highly recommend this maccers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Convenient location, good service and food quality. Generally have got our orders right. Opened on 2 sides, so you can enter off the main road and then leave through the back to join back into the main road easily. Low cars may scrape on the exit though.

Had a disappointing meal last night. ordered a cappuccino with a " ham cheese & tomato toasty " at about 5.45pm after an abnormally long wait the young lady called my no. and advised she did not have tomato for my order, I reluctantly accepted as I didn't want to wait longer as my friends were already seated and eating their order. What sort of " Hamburger Joint " does not have tomatoes. ? The ham portion in it was also very minuscule compared to other serves I have had . ( but I did get salt packets to go with the tomatoes ? ) I must add that the young lady serving at the bar was very polite and helpful....

Always a hit or miss with this place, especially delivery. Chips are usually cold and dry along with beef patties, like they've been sitting there for hours. Frappe's seem to be liquid slush lately. Frequently have items missing. Service from the younger staff could also do with more training, I have to repeat myself sometimes 3 times and they still get order wrong. They seem distracted when you pull up to the drive through window. There are 2 older ladies there that are fantastic! Will get their names next time to update. This place use to be really good but now I only go if I am absolutely desperate.

Food was ok, service was average. The cashier at the drive thru did not greet me nor say thank you after payment. In fact no words were said. The impression given is that the customer is an inconvenience. All being said the transaction and pick up of food was seamless. The worker at the pickup window showed customer service skills.

We’ve order through uber eats at this Mc Donalds frequently, and not once have they gotten our order right. Its either missing items completely and paid for or the order notes weren’t followed and or the wrong items are placed in the bag. More recently today, 25 April 2022 we ordered again with the hope of better service and our order was only delivered 1.5h after ordering. It was not the uber driver that was delaying this as we phoned Kirrawee Maccas and they had very poor excuses. To top it off, they said it was being prepared as we speak, and when we got it (5min drive for our uber driver) it was ice cold. This was the last time and never will we order and or support this Mc Donalds. Management should seriously consider improving the current status.

Only go to Maccas on long journeys when I need to not sleep behind the wheel … but I would sooner starve than go to this one again ! It couldn’t be further from the Macdonalds commercials that grace our screens daily if it tried . The young manager was abusing and arguing loudly with staff members who obviously didn’t respect her. If that was enough it’s suppose to be fast food not slow cold food which is was Never again
