Ae stopped here for a quick dinner, and it was ok. We got the grilled chicken bowl and quesadilla. The bowl was small in portion and consisted of protein of your choice, rice, beans, tomato cheese, and about 3 corn chips. The quesadilla was ok, my little 5 year old enjoyed it. Wasn't expecting anything great, it's good if you are time poor.

The absolute incompetence of this store is breathtaking. Send your staff to Cronulla for a day to learn how to do it properly. Also send your staff to some food safety courses. Filth everywhere and bottles of cleaning solvent over food prep areas is not ok.

I have been to this store 4 times and every single time there’s always problems, the staff are friendly and have great customer service but they seem to be not trained correctly as I’ve had a burrito missing and chips missing twice, then had the chips tipped upside down the third time when I open the bag. I’ve also had to wait 20 minutes once for a burrito bowl meal. My advice is maybe train the staff a bit more or try work on getting food out on time.

Changing my 5 stars to 1 star. I guess from the last 2 months this shop is like mess. It used to the best and i have been going to this for the last 2 or 3 years but now its totally different. Ridiculously small portions, they dont take your calls and poor costumer service. I ignored it few times but now i know there is a problem. P.s : My order of nachos ( just 6 or 7 nachos) Terrible

Due to COVID we ordered online. Never had their food before but I was absolutely stoked by what I received. The enchilada was generous and tasty. Yum.

We made an online order for pick up through the app on Friday night. When we got there they told us our food was being packed. We waited 15 minutes before we asked them for our food for the second time they grabbed a bag that had been sitting there the whole 15 minutes we were waiting. The bag was not kept hot in any way, it was just sitting on a bench. When we quietly told them that we had seen this bag sitting there for 15 minutes and the bag/food was now cold, they tried to argue back that they had just put the bag up and had called out our number, despite us standing right next to the pick up place and watching them send up orders the whole time. When we told them we had been paying attention, they kept reiterating that the food had just come up and were really reluctant to remake our food or listen to us in any way. They just wanted us to go away. It was embarrassing and frustrating to ask them to please remake our food for the fourth time in front of other customers who were staring at us. We just wanted to walk away with no food and no refund because of the way they were talking to us. They finally took the bag away and told us they would remake it fresh. Not even 2 minutes later we were given our order. We were sceptical about how fast this service was, but we were starving and embarrassed, so we left. Lo and behold, when we got home (3 minute drive) the food was ice cold and chewy. Didn’t seem fresh in any way. Was so disappointed after this whole ordeal. We just wanted a hot meal and instead got cold food and gaslit by the staff.

Ordered extra shredded mushroom but got shredded lettuce, went to get it fixed they gave the same box without any lettuce. Then had to take it again to get it fixed. Finally went home and the chicken had terrible burnt smell and no napkins. Terrible service. Waste of money.

First and definitely the last time what an absolute disappointment. Took the family out for lunch to try something different and left roughly $80 for 5 burrito meals in return you gave me about 200grams of protein in all 5 burritos and about 3kg of rice and black beans. YOUR BUSINESS DOESN'T DESERVE THE 1 STAR
