Split the chicken and beef burgers and was amazed with both! Beef patties are HUGE and grilled to pretty much perfection, with a nice char and full of flavour. The root beer caramelised onions are the right blend of sweet and savoury, with gooey cheese and thousand island dressing to add the right bite and moisture.
Chicken burger is battered with a high-seasoned and spicy coating, with a generous slathering of spicy chipotle mayo. Lettuce and tomato on both rounded out amazing burgers!
Shoestring fries were quality, well cooked as they truly know their fryer. Our friends had the poutine, they demanded forks to finish every last bite, so they must be good!

Batch Burgers become my place to hang every Monday night for six months while I completed a writing course in nearby Milson's Point, after traveling in on the train from Penrith. (Tonight was our final night - a Friday this time.) Am going to miss the great service. I think I tried nearly all the meals on the menu, and those milkshakes are amazing. I'll be back!

Batch has limited seating and they’ve gone with the classic diner red, white and black, but should probably clean the floor and counters more often. My burger was good - the beef seemed really good quality and stayed smooth and juicy even though it was cooked well past medium, and the additions in the Californian gave a really good flavour. The coffee was hot, creamy and syrupy - could have been richer and stronger but it had a better flavour than the actual Campos outlets. Prices are a bit high for a casual hole in the wall though.
Had an absolutely delicious burger here today - the New Yorker. Was so hungry though , didn’t get time to take a pic. Man but it was so good. Soft bun, perfectly cooked bacon, sweetness from the pineapple, soft fried egg and a mouthwatering patty.
My family loves this place, located a bit further up from Luna Park, in a tiny little nook. They serve up American style burgers cooked fresh to perfection, and you can watch them cook it as well. Their fries are also amazing, and they serve some good “loaded fries”. They also do great diner-style shakes, and they serve American sodas such as grape fanta! Their prices are also quite good. Especially if you have kids, this place is a must try.

The food is smashing! Juicy burgers, fresh salad, delicious sides. The truffle fries were coated in parmesan and truffle oil and the Mac'n'cheese Croquettes were so crunchy yet creamy.

I walked past one way, then ended up turning around and coming back. I was in the mood for a chicken burger and I was not disappointed! If you’re around the Kirribilli area and in the mood for a burger then this is the spot! It’s small, cosy and quick! I got the burger within a few minutes of ordering. It hit the spot so many times it’s not funny. The slaw was insane also. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Their Chipotle Chicken Burger was the best one in the menu, and the Brooklyn Burger according to my boyfriend. I don't usually eat at the place but the food quality and taste is superb even when we get takeaway.
I normally get takeaway from a delivery service with my girlfriend from this place so never got to see this place in its actual location until recently. The delivery food was pretty good quality, good portions worth its price i'd say. The actual restaurant itself is cozy and has a traditional American diner vibe to it. The food itself is quite heavy and flavourful, the beef patty is a bit rare and almost undercooked in the middle but its not too noticeable when you eat the burger altogether. The portion of the shoestring fries are very generous for its price.
Cool american diner style place almost under the bridge in Kirribili. Breakfasts on weekends aswell, Lunch and dinner through the week the menu has just updated and reflects the attention paid to the product. 5cheese Mac and cheese and bacon balls, a great truffle sauce and awesome service.

This place is great, what a find! we walked over the harbour bridge and spotted it while walking down to the water on the north side of the harbour and had to stop in - friendly staff, good tunes and a great menu! I picked the Californian Beef burger - soo delicious and soo thick. I was happy to get shoestring fries, hard to find good shoestring nowadays - I had the truffle fries, which were excellent and topped it all off with a thick shake. Satisfied to the max. Next time I will will grab a takeaway and eat by the water, it's really close. Can definitely recommend.
Going to Batch tonite , been there 3 x already and the burgers are good ........just enough variety to temp me back .... driving from St Ives, very hungry right now.

Service was great-friendly waitress. Fries were awesome. Burger bun tasted a bit stale but otherwise good. Strawberry soda was nice and refreshing overall a good burger joint
I believe they were going for the American diner style. Red and white furniture, red and white menu, American pancakes, burgers, hot dogs, fries, Dr. Pepper, etc. I love this restaurant. I am coming back. Good service; efficient and friendly. Their kitchen is open and the majority of their seating are in the form of bar stools, in front of the chef, so you watch as your meal is prepared. I love hot dogs and did not resist ordering the chilli mince and beef hot dog with cheesy fries. The entire time I was sat there I kept saying to myself, next time we're coming back at breakfast, we need to try these pancakes!
The best thing about this place is an extensive burger menu at a reasonable price. Best of all order take out, walk about 500 m and enjoy the view of Sydney harbor from the north side.
This place is a small American style diner where you just pull up a seat at the bar and watch them cook your food. The food is rich and tasty although the pattys are precooked. The mac n cheese is gooey and delicious and the fried are super crunchy. Customer service is very quick.
The staff are friendly and the venue is nice. Only thing is that the burgers don't really have any distinct flavour (ordered the cheese burger). Hopefully at some point they would start seasoning the meal/patty but solid burger non the less.

Great Burgers!. The best burgers in Sydney! Having grown up in midwest America, I have had my fair share of burgers. Batch does a great job at an American style burger with lots of toppings. The fries are not that good but the burgers are all you need. Much better than any pub burger.
I'm undecided about Batch Burgers. It's a cute diner with nice 90's music. There was too much going on in my burger and there was too much salt in the burger and chips. Don't get me wrong, I love a good greasy burger but I felt like I had been poisoned with salt and it made me mildly disabled. I think if I chose a simple burger with less things going on, perhaps it would be in the good category. Expect to pay about $20 for lunch for a burger, a side of fries and root beer. There's something fascinating about the traditional American diner style, the New-York themed café and its giant sized burgers. With half of the area inside "Batch Burgers & Espresso" being occupied by the kitchen and constant sizzling aroma crawling to the street outside, the friendly waitress showed us our high bar seats right in front of our chefs for the night. The menus were almost like they were stamped onto the tables, displaying their impressive list of burgers with familiar names such as Brooklyn and the Miami, and as well as a whole range of side dishes. The workers smiled and greeted their customers, occasionally having a small chat about foot ball and Saturday night drinks. Multiple numbers of takeaway bags filled up the kitchen tables, lining up and shuffling in the speed of light. The chunky mince patties flashed right before our eyes, accompanied by a whole bunch of fries dancing in the frying spots. It was hot, and certainly appealing for a Saturday night dinner along w
New York diner in leafy Kirribilli. This tiny hole-in-the-wall American diner is a little slice of New York in Kirribilli. We visited for the 3rd time recently and it did not let us down. My malted vanilla milkshake was delicious. You can also get a Budweiser which goes down well on a hot day. In the open kitchen, everything is on display. But even at the busiest times, the manager is cool as a cucumber, which reflects on his softly spoken, friendly staff who are flipping burgers and mulit-tasking with unflustered ease. The reggae music playing compliments the chilled vibe. Corn on the cob is excellent, so too the cheeseburgers and fries. Tastier than most burgers I've tried in Sydney and at a fraction of the price with very generous portion sizes. For the best experience, sit up at the bar - you may lose the American diner atmosphere sitting out on the pavement.
Please improve service. I love this place, great burgers and fries and a touch of American Diner experience. What's missing is service with a smile, consistency and a welcome attitude. I hope this will improve in the future
Being a milsons point local . I am happy to recommend batch burgers to my friends living on both sides of the harbour .
My flat mate and I usually have a Saturday lunch fix of the cheeseburgers and the sweet corn on the cob , we have tried the chicken drumsticks , but have found them to be inconsistent and at times under seasoned and soggy , .. But do try their coffee it's surprisingly great ,,, overall batch is pretty good .

I love this place and a regular..... i dont get all the negative posts! this place is always pumping and the staff are friendly and always get to you (some times a little slow). they are always updates to the menu & now they do burritos as well & they are awesome. so screw these guys im with you all the way crew there is nothing big about dissing a business in a public site with no profile pic!! just post something negative a run away...pathetic! sorry im rambling

Batch is a fun idea with retro decor and little space. Far from the best hotdog I have had but the milkshake and onion rings made up. Worth a visit and an interesting enough menu to be back to explore further. Staff could be friendlier given the proximity to the patrons.
Minute on the lips lifetime on the hips. Today I finally got to try Batch Burgers, I've walked past a few times and always found the American style diner fascinating. Unfortunately it was the ONE day I didn't have my phone on me, I wish I could have taken a photo of the burger. The New Yorker was very filling, the portion of it was generous and probably requires me to unhinge my jaw to truly enjoy that goodness. While it was big, I can't complain. $15 for take away burger, drink and chips was a bargain, with a short stroll to the harbor it was a very enjoyable good lunch.
I gotta say we love it and have been back a few times. My hubby and daughter always get the cheeseburger and I jump between different chicken burgers. We all loved them. My youngest said the hotdogs weren't very good though. Chips were amazing. I guess the price is probably a little high considering the burgers are a touch small and don't come with chips, but I guess after living in Mosman for a year, the price seemed fine. Very friendly staff too. Counter's a bit squishy so would recommend sitting outside. We'll be back.

Favourite is now the Tombstone burger - not even on the menu but ask for it - 2x pattys, 2x bacon, Onion rings, Hashbrown, pulled pork and I added chilli and mustard! PEEEEERRRFFFECTION!

Have been twice; chicken burger and cheese burger and both were excellent.
Staff were chatty and friendly, place was really busy and service time was fine - certainly never struck me as bad. Decor/theme is outstanding, with a really cool eye for detail. Also very reasonable compared - for example - to the horror-to-the-wallet that Nando's towards neutral bay has become.
Also 10x better burgers, and the same goes for the chips.
This place is an absolute treat! Nowhere in the area can touch it for burgers!
Love it - I had the cheeseburger, it was delicious. The chips are skinny crispy fries you can't stop eating and my favourite thing was the vanilla thick shake - make sure you add malt to it - I would go back just for this. They also seem to be doing a roaring trade in take away - they even seem to have a special sealing machine for takeaway drinks so they don't spill on your way home!
I'll be back, definitely worth a try! I noticed a couple of negative reviews but that wasn't my experience.
