Review Kirribilli Hotel - Kirribilli

We had a group of 8 at the bistro on a very busy Thursday night. Ordered the food via the QR code on our table and it was served all at the same time in a good amount of time. Meals were a large portion and everyone enjoyed their meal. Well done!!

Kirribilli hotel is located just outside Milsons Point station. We went for Sunday night dinner , it’s only a short walk from our place. Decent pub, good drinks/cocktails and good food. We ordered the sizzling garlic prawns and the steak. Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection, served flavorsome best peppercorn sauce (probably the best we have had). Garlic Prawns were yummy too. The staff were very friendly, smiling and welcoming! We will definitely be back soon 😊 Only feedback – the washrooms need to be looked after / cleaned regularly 😐

Not really for us. Beer and pub food. Nothing special - unless you like to shout at the person you are with while having your beer standing in the restaurant. Then it's a good option in Kirribilli.

First Sunday after lockdown, we wanted a pub meal. Salt and pepper squid was OK. The chips were cold and the bowl of mussels arrived over 40 minutes after we ordered. All 16 of them. Size of thumb tip each, adding to about 100gm of food. $28? And the so called sour dough bread was yeasted and bland. Staff were great - but the food standard was low and the value was very low. Going elsewhere next time I get the urge to have a pub meal.

Ramp steak I had was really good with medium rare as I ordered. But my friends ordered different steak which was not satisfying for them… other than that I enjoyed their food and outside table.

Been waiting for lockdown to end so that I could come back to Kirribilli pub. Boy was this the best decision ever! Had the open steak sandwich, was legit the best tasting steak sandwich I have ever had in my life! perfectly cooked steak. I can’t get over how fricken tender the meat was! Definitely will come back at least a couple times a week since I work nearby. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Update: Went back and really wanted the open steak sandwich again but it was sold out 😔. Got the 300g scotch fillet, chicken parma, salt and pepper squid and sweet potato fries. Chicken parma was very moist and the breast was thick and perfect. The sweet potato fries and salt and pepper squid were perfectly cooked and crunchy. The steak this time round wasn’t as nice as what I had with the steak sandwich…. but it was still quite nice. Mash was perfectly creamy and flavourful. Service was great and plenty of seating even though it was very busy.

Don't miss out on this gem of a hotel. The menu is only small but the food created here is absolutely delicious!! Great location and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Great service, and great atmosphere. Correcting my review, and apologies to the Kirribilli pub for my misrepresentation. It was my best friend who had the steak sandwich with no top on it. Personally I like eating sandwiches as they should be, slab of steak, salad, sauces, and a top, using hands. I'm glad I listened to my instincts and ordered the delicious steak and chips instead, as it was amusing watching my best friend eating a sandwich with a knife and fork, I just don't get it, (no, I'm not unrefined, just traditional when it comes to pub grub). The steak and chips was amazing, compliments to the chef
