I've eaten the grilled chicken burger all over the countryside and never had one this bad. Long wait and staff everywhere not doing much at all. Do better!!

The staff is lacking guidance buy a good manager. All tables were not wiped down. Girl packing the food in the bags just dumps it on the counter and mumbles the order number then keeps working. Very rude woman at the counter, did not acknowledge me at all! I didn't even order because she was that rude. Put a smile on your face, you're in customer service mate and at least act like you want to be there. Went to McDonald's instead way better service.

Went through the drive through that took about 20 minutes to order and wait to get up to the window. We ordered 3 chicken royal burgers and two drinks. Best salad amount on burgers I've seen for ages but unfortunately stone cold. Meat Stone cold bun cold. Presentation was awesome but unfortunately temperature ruined it. Service was great.

Honeslty just had the worse feed ever from hungry jacks so far,had to wait in the waiting bay for fresh chicken,the chicken Royale burgers taste like cardboard had the worlds smallest amount of sauce,oh and my onion rings tasted like they were cooked yerestday,thanks for this amazing meal :/
