Ordered 4 pizzas this evening with a 45 minute wait. All pizzas undercooked (cheese unmelted, dough still wet, prawns still cool). Called to report, given option for pizzas to be remade or to receive store credit. Opted for new pizza. Over an hour later, pizzas arrive. Bloke wants to view the origin
Previous experiences at this store has had me waiting quite a while for my pizza delivery. Sometimes over 1.5 hours. Friday evening last week I got my pizza delivered in 34 minutes. Food tasted great and was piping hot still. It’s the service like this the consumer pays for. Hopefully it keeps up!
Went to pickup a pizza tonight and walked in to the manager/superviser/whatever yelling, swearing, and carrying on, at some poor kid who worked for her in front of 3 other customers. Despicable behaviour and felt sorry for him. Kid only looked 12-13.

Megan is legitimately the best manager I’ve ever seen at this Pizza Hut. Very accommodating and knows what she’s doing.

I loved the convenience of the drive thru in the old Pizza Hut shop… the new store is nice though. My deep pan pizza was fresh and the staff member who served me was friendly. Cheese pizza was nice and cheezy.
