Cute little cafe close to the station. Extensive menu from savoury to sweets. Their big brekky is very reasonably priced. Lots of healthy options. I highly rate the nourish bowl. It's got pumpkin and an assortment of greens and veggies with houmi and two poached eggs. Grab a table outside on a sunny day. Great for family or catching up with friends. This place is really cosy. There's an assortment of cakes in the window too. There's something for everyone and the service here is good too!
Coffee was good, staff were excellent with their service. Ordered the Nourish Bowl and was blown away by the portion! It was a bowl of delightfully fresh ingredients of quinoa, kale, pumpkin, haloumi, avo & toasted cashew - came together quite well & was well seasoned. Would come back here again to try other items.

A rustic looking place a short walk down from Kogarah station, Memento cafe is full of old items and deteriorating polaroids, antiques, the toilet sink from your grandpa's 80 year old house and even an organ that's falling apart and covered in dry rose petals.
We ordered the cheese burger with mustard and home made tomato ketchup. Its one damn tasty burger but was let down slightly with the inconsistent juiciness through the patty. Still a great burger!
The polo chicken was HUGE! layers of mushrooms, gravy, chicken and a whole avocado mixed the flavours well. Both meals came with delicious thick cut chips.
The coffee was good and a perfect temperature. A little bitter but that was from the blend. The serving portions are huge. The staff are very friendly and attentive laughing at us taking photos. Its one of the few cafes open after 2pm on a Saturday in Kogarah. Well worth the visit.
Every time I visit this cute cafe my partner and I get an acai bowl and a veggie breakfast. The serving sizes are very generous, we always leave with our tummys full. The staff are nice, especially the chef and one of the regular male waiters.
Great juice and chai! Had pesto chicken gnocchi and my wife had smashed avo on toast with poached eggs. Both were top notch. Highly recommended
Had breakfast there this morning the coffee was pretty good and the breakfast was delicious!! I had smashed Avo and feta with two poached eggs with tomato salsa, all the ingredients were very fresh.
Good value food with cuisines covering most continents. I had a phillipino rice dish for $12. They also have purified lemon water at no extra charge.
Some of the friendliest staff I've met so far. Lovely food at an affordable price super close to the station. I've been twice this week & I'll definitely be back!
The chicken in the chicken burger was beautiful & I would definitely go for an iced coffee to go with!
Best breakfast joint in town. The barista/owner is super friendly and makes a great coffee. They serve no pork here, the bacon is beef and may taste unusual if you aren't expecting it. The smashed avo options are my favourite. The "Healthy Brekkie" had hash brown, white bread, butter and halloumi... Tasted great but the name amuses me.
Best coffee in town. Great service and the food is tasty. Mat the owner is very welcoming and I'd recommend this place to all. I take my family for breakfast on the weekends
As a picky coffee lover, their coffee is the best in town & it’s ORGANIC!
(You know they REALLY care when they stock organic produce - so hard to find organic coffee). I tried dirty-chai yesterday and it was MMMM not too sweet - just the way I like it.
This mmmarvellous exp. would not have been the same without Matt & Max (M & M) lol. They are super cool, friendly & fun. I didn’t realise it was after business hrs because they were still so welcoming, allowing me to sit & savor this moment esp after a hectic day. Warm ambience with rustic wooden décor + warm lighting is soothing & inviting. To top it off, I was moved to tears when Matt sang classical music - what a voice! Momento Café will definitely be one of my momentos in life. Thank you so much M & M.
One of the best Café in Kograh! coffee is the best, quality never changed. me and my family going there at least two time every week and my kids love the pancake there. meals always fresh and very generous. the owner and workers very nice!

I wandered in with my husband one lazy morning, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of coffee beans.
Ambience in cafe is antique and unique.
We ordered the grilled vegetables and croissant and a mocha to share.
The vegetables were little buttery and perfectly grilled. The croissant was crisp, flavorful, and cheesy. The mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.
I was really excited about visiting memento cafe and the menu was just fantastic.

Just stopped here for a quick coffee, whilst waiting for my first appointment for the day. Really nice atmosphere, has lots of old nick nacks and old photos inside. And a great counter with chairs up against the windows you can sit at and watch the world go by. Nice coffee, next time I'm here think I will try one if their tasty breakfast's
Great decor, great food, exceptionally good coffee and excellent service. Great for a snack or meal. A real gem in the Kogarah strip. Been there a few times and consistency is always there. Great selection on the menu. Its a nice quiet place to hand and although its cozy , they are not too pushy. Highly recommended
