The Ibis Kitchen is a fairly casual restaurant, however the current winter dinner menu has a substantial number of dishes that you'd expect to find in a fine dining restaurant. Highlights were the Aranchini Bolognese served with Napoli Sauce, The Confit Salmon served with Celeriac Puree and Pickled

The staff and accomadation were fine but the food on Saturday night was not.My chicken parmigan was unrecognisable and appeared to have been deep fried.
