Review Salad Bar - Kogarah

I work in Kogarah and used to love this place until I found a long hair in my salad a few months ago. I stopped eating here and decided to give it another chance today. To my disgust I found not only one but TWO HAIRS in my food, one in each salad I chose. This is the most disgusting thing I have seen in a while and I tried to call the shop to complain but they didn't answer. I never complain about these things as I know this can happen but twice is unacceptable!! I now have to spend more money to purchase food and I will never go there again! Please see photo proof!!

The staff are rude and unfriendly to non Asian customers. My first thought was “just having a bad day”, but it’s a regular occurrence. They do not speak English in front of customers, which is rude (it’s the same as whispering in front of someone). Other Caucasian co- workers in the area have mentioned the same to me Coffee is okay, but they tend to nearly burn the milk. Prices are pretty good, but as I said the customer service is at time horrible. I sometimes feel I am ruining their day by making a order

Nice staff, good prices and more importantly delicious salads, wraps, quiches and a variety of freshly squeezed juices. Gets very busy around lunch time from all the nearby hospital staff. Street parking out front.

Dont bother wasting your time and money, coffee is terrible and very bitter, no thank you come again, no nothing, exept two young girls talking agressivly to each other in manderin, or some foreign language, which is ok considering the area, but in such a manner is not and to act like your customers are not even their, or should be priveliged to have them making coffee for you is not on,.. Never again and its a shame ive just started work in their street, i can find better..

I have bought a pumpkin soup from this plce and the pumpkin soup is not that nice. The pumpkin soup barely has any pumpkin..and contains potatoes. Would not recommend.

purchased a salad their and i wanted to use my Amex card and they wouldnt let me even though it has the logo and it worked last time.. Greedy Business

Average and overpriced salads, as is the coffee. Wraps are ok.

Nice place and friendly customer service delivery

Every time I am in Kogarah, I stop buy for a coffee and a quick bite to eat. The coffee is excellent and I love their fresh salads and toasties. In short, it’s quality food at very reasonable prices. #saladbar

Salads are always fresh and tasty, range of quiches, yoghurts, hot food made to order, smoothies, juices and the coffee taste great too! All the healthy foods you need for breakfast, lunch or even just a snack under one roof. Friendly staff always smiling and they even remember my coffee order which I think is exceptional customer service seeing as though I'm only in there once, maybe twice a week

Vegie Mix juice was great, fresh and refreshing. At $5.50 for a large, this is a much better price than Boost, Top Juice etc. Funky and modern decor, the window seating is perfect for a quick sit down to check emails.

Saladbar provides good salads and nice healthy menu options. We came here after a few failed attempts (in which salads were not made early enough) and with what we got, it wasn't exceptionally amazing. <br/>Ordering a range of salads, we found that yet with each one there seemed to be a lot of oil residue and upon eating them, were not impressed by most. In particular the brown rice was hard to chew in the terriyaki and brown rice combo. <br/>Overall our experience with the salads here wasn't great but we may try a few other menu items later.

Don't go! First time was mediocre. Tried second time and it was the worst salad ever! Tried the gado gado and the tofu was as dry as croutons.
