Extremely disappointed with the costumer service here. Me and my colleagues have been regulars here for quite some time now and for good reason too. The coffee and food here is exceptional and was always a favourite amongst myself and other staff. Despite this we wont be returning due to a reoccurre
Had brunch here today (Eggs Benedict) & it was beautiful. Only complaint was, was that it was not on a muffin.
Staff were great and friendly.

Customer service and manners are lost on the staff here. A toddler will make noise, and mess. Nasty lady with her eagle eyes. Not a place to visit if you have small kids, unless you want to be judged!
The worst customer service experience. We stopped on our way back to Melbourne to this cafe. Ordered food and drinks. The waitress when asked that they made the wrong drink. Instead of apologising she started getting aggressive telling us that we did not ordered . We were just telling her drink was
Could do with a seriously good cleaning, not happy that there's mouse running around inside. After seeing them, I decided not to buy anything to eat. Only had coffee.
