This is the worst Grilld in Newcastle. Every time I have ordered takeaway to be picked up the food is stone cold, burnt, or something was forgotten. There has been 6 times my chips were forgotten. I ordered the new Stranger Things burger and they forgot to put in the hot dipping sauce in the bag. I

Nick was an amazing staff member. Regularly checked everything was okay, well mannered and top service. Man deserves a promo 🎉

Going down to Kotara, Grill'd was absolutely one of the best parts/restaurants in the entirety of The Rooftop!! I had the Simply Grill'd, Slider Burgers (so cute!!) and the large chips with the tomato relish. Who would've thought to make these things, because if you did I'm impressed!! The flavour

Ehh - not overly fussed. $33 for a small burger and sweet potato fries, and a diet coke. Burger wasn't the best, fries were delicious though!

Good place to go for lunch and dinner!! Love the low carb burger. The staff are very friendly too. Will love to coming back..

Delivered. I have never received a pattie so burnt in my life. Black charcoal outside. There is no way the cook did not see it wasn't burnt before placing it in the burger. This review is specifically of the Kotara Grilled. Never had an issue with Charlestown.

Lost about 5 peoples orders, I think the POS wasn't playing the game. 40 min wait on 2 x kids burgers that they didn't half ate unfortunately. Will rethink next time we head to Rooftop.
