Friendly staff, but a bit oily and very salty. Pineapple fritter slapped in with the other stuff and covered in salt instead of cinnamon sugar. RIP pineapple fritteršŸšŸŖ¦ calimari was small and chewy. Barra was ok though. Not the best
We stayed next doors the Barra Shack and thought we'd give it a go as we were too lazy to cook ourselves. My companion had the hamburger and felt it was fulfilling and satisfying without the bells and whistles of a $12 hamburger. I had the Barra burger (around $14), which was absolutely fantastic. T
The worst fish n chips we have ever had. Ordered 2 Barra and got 6 clearly they were trying to get rid of it. It was inedible and had more grease pouring out of the batter than a bottle of oil. We threw it all in the bin. Save your money and donā€™t shop here
Paid $17 for piece of Barra and serving of chips for one person, I thought it was a bit pricey but figured i'd give it a go. When I picked it up it was a pretty small serving even for one person, everything was dry and overcooked. Asked if the Barra was fresh or saltwater, was told they were unsure

After reading all the great reviews, Barrashak was a disappointment. Sorry but fish and chips are usually not that colour. The fish and chips were edible but next time my craving for fish and chips gets too strong, I think I will try somewhere else.
