Simple menu, and spectacularly good food.
Don't you love a small boutique restaurant that has a simple menu, but every dish is amazing! This is one of those places.
Tess and I went out for date night, and everything we had was really, really good. Tess had a corn filled pasta which was so light, and flavourful it was the pick of the night, and I had a succulent pork cutlet on kipfler potatoes which were amazing.
Panna cotta was so good that I didn't even get a taste! I had the Tiramisu which was as light as air....beautiful food.
The pre dinner foccacia was better than any I've ever eaten.
Great place. Can't wait to get back again.
Authentic Italian food and atmosphere makes for a great night out. Specialised menu, we chose the 3 course option. All courses were deliciously creative paired with the best Italian or local wines. Wonderful service and experience, highly recommend.

After so many places that wannabe, it is a delight to find a place with a small but wonderfull menu.
The food was fantastic, the service attentive and straight forward and the price reasonable taking in consideration the care that went into the cooking.

Just THE BEST. Host with THE MOST Dean Bamford is wickedly hilarious and fabulously attentive, chef Daniel delivers the best Italian fare outside of Rome. A capsule menu of which one must have a course of each. You simply MUST go there.
What an amazing dinner. Every course was delicious from the veal to the taglioni and even the cheese (made special by beautiful crackers and quick jelly). Brilliant service too and great value.
Highly recommend Spaghetti Bar. The diner is intimate and decked out wonderfully. Menu is simple, authentic and lets the produce speak for itself. Executed amazingly, kudos to the chef. The spaghetti was seriously one of the best I’ve had, and the salad was refreshing. Had the special of the day - white osso bucco. Not the highlight considering how good the other two dishes were. Service could have been more warm. But all in all a great experience.
Love this restaurant. Went for a Sunday lunch. The food was outstanding - delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and efficient. Lovely intimate atmosphere. It's a little gem!
There are a lot of great italian places in Victoria and i think this place ranks as among one of the best. The service was phenomenal which also added to the experience. They were very attentive but also left you alone (that lovely balance) i look forward to coming here again. The burrata was super delish and the Il Mare (i think it was) hit the spot - garlicky seafoody hand made pasta with a hint of chilli.
