This is a family-run restaurant serving traditional Macedonian food at amazingly low prices. The gargantuan pork ribs pictured here cost $22! If you are a meat-lover who wants a hearty, no-frills meal and friendly service, make your way here. They can get really busy on Friday nights and weekends so call ahead to book a table.

It is well signed just not at night the outside isn't lit up! The menu has good choice and reasonable priced. The food was good and service was attentive! Overall for a local feed better than expected really!

A great little surprise! Home-style cooking without being at home! We had my grandmothers 80th birthday lunch here and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The waitress was extremely helpful in placing our order. We told her we wanted a selection of meat, salads, and starters for 20 people and she worked out the rest. They knew the menu well and even catered for allergies. Every meal was modestly tasty, fresh, and generous. The food came out slow enough to enjoy each course without being rushed or feeling overly stuffed. There was enough to go around for everyone and we even had some leftovers. The wait staff were 10/10. You never had to wait to call them over and order drinks. Highly recommend for large group bookings.

Ok. Straight off the bat. This is a place for people who like traditional charcoal grilled meat. If you're vegetarian, it's not really the place for you per se. I come from a Balkan background and while my family isn't Macedonian, I am a VERY big fan of Macedonian cuisine. This is gooooooood quality charcoal grilled meat. My son had one of the burgers which was ENORMOUS. It's so big that they have to use a wooden skewer to hold it together. My son is 6 and loved it. They give you chips inside the burger. It sounds strange but it tastes divine. Of course my son couldn't finish the MASSIVE portion, so I happily helped him out. Haha.
My wife went for the Lovacka, which is a meat patty shaped like a half moon and full of melted cheese goodness. Amazing! Slightly salty, but not too much.
I went with the mixed grill number 3, which comes with five little kebapi (delectable skinless garlicky sausages), a skewer of charcoal grilled pork and grilled chicken. Wow. Both my wife's and my dishes came with vinegared raw cabbage salad, a bit of chilli pepper on the side and raw onions. It was PERFECT. :)
They gave us some complimentary bread - which tasted really good!
Also, they sell Zlaten Dab, which, in my humble opinion is THE BEST MACEDONIAN BEER ever. It's up there with my favourite beers ever, actually.
The prices are very reasonable!
The service was friendly, although the cooking time was a bit slow - but it's worth the wait!!
The staff were all very accommodating and professional.
They also split tabs, which is super helpful when you have a big group eating like we did.

Don't come here to talk, it is too loud. Do come here for huge portions of authentic Balkan food. The šopska salad is always amazing, you can't go wrong with the Pljeskavica either. Good prices. Recommended.

Walked in on a Sunday night with friends, no booking. Staff were friendly and accommodated all 12 of us. The restaurant was full.
Reasonably priced. Good servings so good value for money. The meals are simple but tasty. Try the Makallo and the Nafora. All the Mixed Grills are great especially Char Grill 3. Also the Kebapi are great and cooked to perfection as is the Sarma. Would definately come back.
Loved it. Great service, comfortable temperature on a cold night. Nice surroundings, not too much lighting, being at night . I had Kebapi, which were good quality meat, cooked just right. They came with chopped fresh onion, chilli, finely chopped cabbage salad, with an olive on top of the cabbage and a basket of bread rolls. I chose a red wine. For dessert I had one Talumba. This was freshly cooked for me. Modern Macedonian music was playing in the background.

Decided to pop in for a quick lunch. Mixed meat platter 2 was ordered and arrived pretty quickly. All the meat was delicious. Seasoned well and hot. We sat outside so I can’t comment on the ambience however I will return and update this review.

Salads loaded with flavour and every other side dish was of high quality and taste. I've been here numerous times and have taken many friends here too, without a doubt, never disappointed. Always leave with a full belly and satisfied feeling. 👌 highly recommended, give it a go.
Wow! Dishes full of life and flavour. I cannot fault any dish we ordered. Great, friendly service too. I highly recommend any of the meat dishes, salads and if you’re game, try the charcoaled hot chillies in yoghurt sauce 👌🏻
