Terrible customer service provided. The Asian woman working there at nights has 0 basic people skills. Throws bag of food to people as if they were dogs and has a terrible attitude when asked about menu/orders, doesn’t seem to want to be there at all.

Chargrill Lane Cove is the most disorganised store you could ever go into. Not only does a medium salad and large chips cost you over $20, you have the privilege of standing there in a filthy area and wait for 20 min to get something that is right there and yet no one bothers to serve or operate in

I've nothing to say the food speaks for itself. Hand's down this is the best place to find the perfect roast chicken and Lamb. This should be put on the map of every food traveller who comes to visit Sydney. Cheers 🙂👍

Food taste good, but service is very poor. Loud music plays, so you can't hear what they say behind high counter. They speak quietly with face mask on (of course because covid). A young child tried to pull me over the counter and put me in the deep frier because they had a shortage of chips. I ordered a chicken burger meal in 1900 and I am still waiting for it.

Service consistently disappointing. Staff not showing any initiative and wait times can be long. The Willoughby store is much better
