We finally visited after constant recommendation from our followers. Now, we understand the hype.
Beretta's was awarded our People's Choice Award in 2019.
The play area is fantastic, but more suited to slightly older children. Smaller kids may need some assistance. The under 3 area is simple, but sufficient to let the little ones wander around.
We were warmly welcomed and staff were very friendly. We visited for breakfast. My husband doesn’t like egg and to his surprise, he was pleased that they had a bacon panini (with bacon, bbq sauce and Gruyere cheese). I ordered the breakkie stack with poached eggs, avocado, topped with a tomato and onion salsa, served on a potato rosti. For the kids, we ordered eggs and bacon on toast. To share, we also ordered nutella waffles. All meals were prompt and to our surprise, they were beautifully presented and equally delicious.
We absolutely highly recommend Beretta’s too. Our tip for those with younger families – to bring an extra set of hands or comfortable clothes to venture up the play area. It was easy to navigate as an adult too!
What a nice hidden addition to Langwarrin. I didn't realise this place after all this time but it's been newly renovated and looks a bit like crown also has a playground which this place was packed on a Wednesday night. I like their menu because it's not the typical pub menu I got the mango duck salad it was so nice and refreshing.
Cleanest pub I have ever been to! Great food, friendly service and a nice place to go with family and friends. Just been for breaky and the smashed avocado was delicious, my partner had the big breakfast and he loved it. I have some friends with kids and they love the new playground. Can't fault the place!
Extensive menu and $16 light lunch deals on weekdays including a drink. Service good and meals tasty. Had vegetarian pizza and chicken risotto- both lovely. Have been before and had salmon and salad, also very good.
Best pub! As a regular customer, I feel some of the reviews on this site are completely unreasonable and ridiculous - personally, I have never had a bad meal or experience there! My partner had his 30th birthday there, best party ever! Parma night is a part of our weekly routine, some weird and wonderful toppings featured as the Parma of the Week which never fails to impress! Love this place!
Berettas is the only sit down 'pub' in Langwarrin which means they have no competition. That having been said it always provides a great meal at excellent prices. I would recommend the lamp cutlets (you cant buy lamb cutlets at the butcher for as much as they charge), scallops, lamb shanks and the chicken aleisha.
The place is busy and noisy but its family friendly and has a playground for the kids. If you dont like the noise of happy children or you want a romantic meal you can request to be seated in the adults only area. The deck area is beautiful on a sunny day and the décor is lovely. I would recommend 'Langy Pub' to anyone. The sports bar is also lovely and is well set out for events. And there is a courtesy bus....Bonus!!!
At the end of the day - its a pub not a 5 star restaurant, people expect too much these days!!! Keep it up Berettas. You have my vote!!! I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment too!
Never had a kangaroo steak before it was pretty good, although a bit chewy. Good kids menu if you have kids. Much better than the reviews suggest.
I can't say I've ever had a bad meal here before! The meals are always decent size and delicious! It's a great atmosphere for families and I thoroughly enjoy myself every time I go. My family are regulars at beretta's to celebrate birthdays and for the odd occasion where they feel like a nice dinner out. My only complaint is when I returned at one stage they didn't have the lamb shanks on the menu they were one of my favourites, but guess it could be a seasonal dish! Overall, I would highly recommend Beretta's, I have never had a bad experience!
Took the family here for a Christmas Eve feed last night.. The menu is the "average pub" menu but the Parmas stood out.. I ordered the BBQ Parma and it was one of the best pub Parmas I've had in years.. My wife's prawns looked ok, nothing special.. But the Parma was top notch.. Kudos on the Parma berettas
Really great pub, I have enjoyed every meal I've had there so far! The salmon was delicious, cooked perfectly. Good for kids, play area could be a bit bigger though considering the amount of families that go there, kids still like it! Would definitely recommend.
Great pub meals.. ribs are awesome.. good sports bar and selection of drinks.. very nice local pub. Reccomend the ribs and the parmas that have a few different topppings. A+
Good food. Went there for dinner tonight and 3 of us had the Rump Steak special also like the review below. We were expecting the rump to be sinewy and tough as it is commonly known to be, but it was delicious. I found it great value at $24 and would definitely return.
I really feel the low rating is harsh. Yes there is room for improvement with service, however the food was fresh and very tasty. The dedicated areas is great especially when wanting time out from children. In saying this the children's play area is excellent.
Family Favourite Place to go!. I love going here on a Monday Night (kids night!)

Good for kids , service ok, food average but worth a visit . was not as unpleasant as what some reviews were. Oysters were nice , stir fry nice . Definenetly not great but not bad either
Great Meals!. This pub is our family favorite! Every meal we have had over the past few months has been delicious! Food has always arrived within a very short time from ordering (we do tend to get there early though). Unfortunately, it can get very busy, we have been unable to get a table on several occasions, so we now have to book quite ahead of time if we want to go. The playroom is great and there are plenty of menu choices. Wait & bar staff are friendly. They have a small 'kid free' seating space if preferred :-)
Never had a bad meal! The sweet chilli beef stir fry and BBQ ribs are amazing.

I recommend going there on Tuesday's for Parma Night! So many bizarre choices!
