Customer service is average but more than compensated by the excellent quality of food. Seating is spread across multiple levels as well some available outside.

I would leave zero stars if I could. ... DO NOT EAT HERE. Went there with my friends for dinner on Saturday night. We all are vegetarian and we ordered vegetarian curries. So, we ordered Panneer kadhai, veg biryani and palak(spinach) paneer. They served us beef spinach and we all tasted that curry
Ordered takeaway Vindaloo and Butter Naan. Was not informed that rice was not included, so when I got back to my hotel room that was a bit of a surprise. Fortunately I'd ordered Butter Naan, even though what I got was regular naan.

One of the best Indian meals I have ever eaten. Arrived in Launceston and dined in, lovely atmosphere and wonderful service from the wait staff. Hands down the best Indian dining experience I have had anywhere in Australia. The lamb cutlets were superb, tender and flavoursome. Could not fault anything from entrees to desserts. Excellent selection of wine and beer.
