By far our favourite restaurant in Launceston. The service is always top notch and the food is incredibly tasty. Only minor thing, the Vindaloo never seems all that hot, but I suppose they automatically assume anyone as white as I am will have a mild palette.
Do try the Tasmanian cherry cider, it compliments Indian food surprisingly well.
Spice Lounge serves the best Indian food in Launceston & is at a beautiful location down on the river.
Great food and a good price only down side the naan bread was a little on the small size otherwise still tasted great

We just had the most delicious Indian meal that any of us have ever had. The setting was wonderful, and the staff were wonderful - squeezing us in without a booking on a very busy night, with great warmth, smiles, and excellent service. A memorable dining experience
