We had the most gorgeous meal for Valentines Day. The drinks were beautiful, fish and steak superb, dessert platter lovely and my martini espresso topped off the evening. Thank you

Just had a wonderful meal! Wait staff were great - very courteous and efficient. The mezze plate is huge - lovely dips and plenty of them. If you don't have a big appetite definitely order the entree size in the risotto. I ordered the mushroom and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the eye fillet with vegetables and said it was the best steak and the most well cooked (medium to well) he's had in a long time. Coffee was also brilliant. Very enjoyable impromptu meal. Thank you to all the staff.

We've been to Elaia countless times and the service is always great. Even when it's really busy, like it was yesterday, the staff never seem flustered and almost seem like they're working even harder to give you a good experience. And breakfast and coffee are always delicious

Great service, great food. Thought it was a bit pricey when I got here, but then got my breakfast and it was 100% worth it.

One of the nice restaurants in Launceston. Food is great and staff are friendly. There is on street parking and sometimes it difficult to find a good spot. This is a busy place. Toilets are at the back of the building and you need keys from restaurant to access them. We ordered Fish & Chips, Pizza, Burger etc. Service is great and delivered on time.

Thank you to all of your staff who made our visit this morning an experience and not just a transaction. Our breakfast order wasn’t run of the mill however it was exceptional and the service was outstanding as was or meal. Thank you for also making our puppy welcome with your outside seating. Once again thank you and keep up the great work. The owners should be proud of each and every one of you. See you again soon Dave.

My husband and I visited last week for dinner. We shared an entree and both had a main. Started with their cocktail, then a glass of wine with dinner. Everything was just beautiful. Food hot and very tasty. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back

We were visiting Launceston and had breakfast at Elaia's on my 8 y.o.'s birthday. We had the pork belly benedict, pancakes with bacon & maple syrup, berry compote & lemon curd pancakes - all very generous servings and yummy! Good coffee too. I passed the staff a candle to put on top of the birthday boy's brekkie and the staff came out singing happy birthday as they presented him with his (pan)cake! Totally unexpected! It made his day! Thankyou for making it an extra special experience.

Such a great find during our visit in Launceston. So good, in fact, that we ended up having brekkie here 3 times during our week in town. The main, initial draw was Anne, who was the barista/server on shift. We were walking by on Saturday evening (our first night in town) and stopped to look over the menu out front. She popped out to chat us up and we immediately decided we were coming back for breakfast on their next day open. The pancakes with bacon & maple are to die for. Be sure to add on a serve of hash browns to make it just that much extra!! You must eat here!!
