Mediocre food, and even worse service. Don’t order here unless you enjoy finding hairs in your food.
I am very very disappointed at the lack of attentiveness and plain rudeness of the staff here. They’ll call you something condescending like ‘mate’ and say things like ‘too bad we already made your food’ to make you feel about about an order THEY got wrong. I would appreciate at least an apology when my order is wrong, and I still end up going home with what I didn’t order. I hope the staff undergoes some kind of training to improve.
And then I find a hair to top it all off.
Would not recommend. There’s plenty of other great food joints around town that will be worth spending your money on.

The team should be very proud of themselves! They are short staffed today but they are professional, clean, communicating and getting things our reasonably quick. The customer area and food displays are tidy and still well presented. Congratulations.

Very rude customer service. They do-not know how to treat disable person. I saw one lady shouting at disable person.
In our order they forgot to put guacamole 🥺 very disappointing. In falafel bowl, half things were missing

I love the chicken ceaser salads here and I got a few coffee's now and I have to say U girls make close to the best👌 service is great girls are friendly and very busy they do such a good job 👍

Came out with wrong order, when order was corrected, it came out stone cold, was told it had been in toaster for 3 mins. Staff attitude when I went back to get reheated, was not very forthcoming. She did however apologise, however it seemed too much trouble. Won't be coming back

Had ordered chicken bowl which was great and a cheesecake which was as hard as a stone,expected it to be a little soft though.Had ordered a small mocha as well which was priced 2.5$ or 2.6$ but was charged 3.9$.The girls at the counter can do better.

Coming here was a disaster
The service was terrible, there was no cutlery and the food very average
They forgot and lost our order, made the smoothie incorrectly (with dairy instead of soy) and we had to wait a very long time
The staff all seemed frazzled and confused
A shame because it is has a good philosophy backing it
I also think it is really necessary that all plastic used is biodegradable, for cups, lids and cutlery.

Worst service ever had. Took 25mins to make my order. Then, to realise it was stuffed & everything in the order was wrong.
I was on the go & we had to take a bus & was really disappointed.
Highly don’t recommend.
