Gone downhill since it was sold. Staff can be rude. Not very clean and they are slow. Was my favourite place to get a hot chocolate but not anymore as it tastes like hot water. Also few times I've gone and they are closed early or because the coffee machine wasn't working. Disappointing

Never open, lack of business, have lost many loyal customer's. Haven't seen the store open for over two weeks, very unprofessional.

Very nice Hot Chocolate and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. Service was prompt and courteous. Seating on the other hand was a bit uncomfortable, though there was a variety of seating options. Will choose a bench seat next time instead of a backed chair.

So much room for a pram, a rare great pram friendly cafe. Staff are always friendly. When staff see I'm juggling a baby, even at times breastfeeding they always make sure my order is within arms reach and are super accommodating. Very grateful.

The local Hudson's team are friendly and efficient and the coffee is great. Its always nice to leave a shop feeling better than when you went in and the team sure do make us smile!

The customer service is ridiculously good here. They were all really nice, but there was a young lady with long black hair who was just chatting and smiling to every one of all ages. Fair play to her. The store is lucky to have someone like that who actually cares about the job and the environment.

Frendly atmosphere good music playing an lovely lighting. Only nit pick is the air conditioning was a little lackluster. But this chilled Thai help out ♡

My mum is a regular so it was very friendly with the staff. Good service. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because my Berry smoothie was a bit bland. Like very very thick but mostly milk. Somehow. maybe too many blueberries and not enough raspberries or blackberries :)
