We were very excited to try wiseguise pizzas out, and they deliver to Longford which was a huge plus. Ordered at 5:50pm over the phone, the girl didn't seem all that confident in taking down my address, phone number or order. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait for delivery, which we thought was fine considering. After a $71 phone payment worth of food, and a 1 hour 45 minute wait later, we get worried. So we call up to check what's going on. The girl didn't seem to know what to tell me, and in the end apologised and said the driver had car issues and will be there soon. 20 odd minutes later (8pm by this time) the driver pulls up to the wrong house, and said that she's had no issues tonight. Customer service could do with improvement, food was nice but cold.

Called up at 850 for delivery…… girl said they stop delivering at 9pm….. I was a little confused and explained that but she said “ yeah it’s ten minutes away so can’t deliver “ Ok Website states they close at 930pm Anyway……. Toastie it is 😂 Absolutely nothing wrong with the product as I’ve had it many times…… just can’t get it

Normally satisfied with the quality of pizza but tonight was a total disappointment. Considering the price also. The pizza was literally just bread and cheese. No sauce, no toppings. Probably won’t go back. Next time would rather toast with a slice of cheese on top.

I have waited to be answered for more than 15 minutes...., to be constantly told by an automated response that I am 1st in line, please hold for the first available representative to take your order...., I hung up and rang Dominos. Please hold for my return custom....., NOT

It took 12 mins to place the phone order , the girl on the phone had trouble spelling Peel St.I repeated my phone number 5 x times which was taken down incorrectly,they were given explicit instructions to bring the 2 x pizzas around to back yard where there were lights on but hey they went to the front door of the house which had the lights off . After an hour i rang i had to call them.They brought the pizzas that were made 40 mins prior,it was nearly $50 for pizzas that looked and tasted like something from Coles Service 1/10 quality 2/10 just avoid the Prospect store

Normally the pizza and service is great, but after ordering one night and finding out it would take awhile I called to cancel. They promised a refund at the time, but nothing appeared in my account in the proceeding days. I followed up about a week later again asking for a refund and was told they would check with the store in question and go from there. Again, nothing in my account. I've given up, I don't care about the money anymore, it's not worth my time and hassle to chase.

Terrible customer service! Did an online order and selected delivery asap, waited an 1 1/4hrs before ringing them to see how much longer we'd have to wait and they said we'd be waiting another 1.5hrs! So we cancelled our order...and suggested they tell their customers if they're going to have to wait 3 hours!

Excellent pizzas. Much better than what we get in Hobart. Will definitely get again on our next visit. Friendly service too.
