Service and order were fine. But this location is not accessible on one side, so make sure you drive around the building to find the handicap spots and wheelchair entrance. The other side does not even have a spot on the curve/ramp, which is unfortunate. We just watched someone struggle to get in.
Really LOUSY system of placing orders made it almost impossible to get my order fulfilled. Finally GAVE UP and went to Wendy's nearby

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. 12/12 times that I have been they’ve gotten my order wrong. They’ve forgotten fries, hash browns multiple times. They have to get my burger order right. Would not recommend but probably will go back 😅
Hardly ever accurate. Often times only receive a single burger when I order a double. And they won't pick up their phone to take any complaints or fix anything. One time I let the phone ring for 45 minutes and they still wouldn't pick up.
Clean with nice interior. Great staff. Lots of parking spaces. Food? It's the same from other McDonald's.
Dont go. Orders are constantly wrong, supervisors could care less and will just roll your eyes at you while refunding your money or fixing your order. More than one occasion the mayo packets have been disgusting as if sat out on a heater and are filled with oil
Must try their new strawberry milkshake! The chocolate one is ok, and vanilla is better than chocolate! But the strawberry milkshake takes home the prize
Great staff, fresh food. I worked at McDonalds in sarnia over a span of 7 years, years ago, and this felt like the same customer service I provided when I worked there as well.
