Selena's gluten free special toastie was absolutely tasty and very filling. The recommended strawberry yoghurt was great too. Their array of gluten free health bars and brownie look so delicious. The aroma of the coffee is also so tempting too.

Sometimes it is hard deciding whether to give a place 3, 4 or 5 stars. It wasn't hard at all for The Top Spot Cafe and Cakes. From the very first bite and sip, it was only ever going to be a 5. And the staff here are delightful. Just delightful.
Very fast service, wonderful environment with some amazing food & drink to enjoy, lovely place to stop off for a coffee or even have a nice, flavoursome meal to finish off your day.
Would recommend this place if you want something to eat while your walking past.

You've got to try the Kransky sausage (from a nearby German butcher) and sourkraut with mustard on a warm crunchy roll - amazing! Owner will do you a shot of single origin espresso from your choice of about 10 different countries! My shot of Kenyan was just perfect!
Great fresh food, with a diverse range of options. Superb customer service and pleasant atmosphere. Nice fresh juice blends, as well.
Great Coffee. Very handy while waiting for freinds or family entering the medical center next door. They make an excellent ..... Egg & Bacon Benne ( Benedict ) Roll .
shared a toasted cheese mushroom chicken focaccia it was delicious and a good size. Very tasty. Coffee was good too. will be back. Great selection to choose from
