Review Pan Roma - Leichhardt

I had high expectations with the Gnocchi and they managed surpassing it. Melt in the mouth on with right balance of sauce. Surely my Italian restaurant for any future urges of pasta, ravioli and gnocchi

The food, service and ambience is exceptional. A family run restaurant that serves quality traditional Italian food. My dad is usually picky but he loved ever last bite! Highly recommend. Gnocchi is melt in the mouth!

The place was clean, and the staff are friendly. The food is authentic Italian as a whole. Everything is homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian food.

Always a 5 stars. Been going there on and off for 35 yrs. It was lovely to see Margaret and Anthony again and the head chef, mama. She hasn't aged a bit. As pretty as ever.

Thanks Pan Roma, and especially Margaret for making our Christmas party so lovely. The food was delicious, and Margaret made sure everything ran smoothly, and she paid special attention to the 2 children who attended, making sure they were happy with their meals. Everything was wonderful. We will be back with the whole family

Absolutely amazing food! <br/><br/>A simple yet so perfect family run restaurant that serves seasonal food that leaves you wanting to lick the plate clean. <br/><br/>So much love and passion clearly is put into the food at this restaurant. <br/><br/>Hospitable staff that go out of their way to make you feel as though you're more than just a guest, they make you feel as though you're a part of their family and you've been invited around for dinner. <br/><br/>This place serves true authentic Italian food, offering specials that I have never seen in an Italian restaurant in Sydney. <br/><br/>Must visit for everyone who loves Italian food! <br/>

Look no further for authentic, home-style Italian food! The staff are friendly and relaxed, the restaurant is traditional with decades old dusty bottles of wine in the corner. I think it's amazing that the place is still family owned and operated and the chef is in her eighties and still cooks up a storm <br/>Coming here is like going home to visit and I would go a million times over!

this gorgeous family run business serves great home style Italian meals. The ingredients are fresh and the specials board always features highlights of the season.

Not Value for Money. We have passed this restaurant many times on the way to the cinema and decided to experiment.<br/>A bit of a failure I am afraid. I would rate this place about a 3.5 out of 10.<br/><br/>The overall result was very poor. The total cost for 2 courses each and a bottle of wine was $119. Yet the flavour - quality was about on a par with a budget pub lunch at say $15 a plate. The salad was swimming in a so so sauce and the pasta mussels was way heavy on the pasta and light on the mussels. The spatchcock was a bit dry with no real flavour. So overall very disappointing for $119. (the Garlic prawns were ok-ish and I rate them about 5/10)<br/><br/>While there were only 26 diners and 4 waitstaff they seemed more interested in talking to regulars rather than keeping an eye out for other diners needs. We thought about coffee - but getting anyone's attention was so hard when we did we ordered the bill instead.

Delicious, honest Italian food with warm and accommodating staff. Love!
