A last minute plan to try this place out as most of the places were closing down, no wonder this place was crowded but that wasnt the only reason for the crowd. The place is what I would call a hidden gem as the place is along a number of restaurants located at Norton street. During my time, I tried the Vietnamese fried rice and chicken garlic & pepper stir fry. Both the dishes were amazing and I would love to try more in the future. The price is also very modest which makes it even more appealing.
Reasonably priced, fast, many varieties, fresh veggies, good flavor, large portion! If you live in the area I'm sure you'd be going here weekly at least :)
Come here on a regular basis. My Partner is hooked on the Pad Thai here and never orders anything else. I, on the other hand, have had everything on the menu at least three times.
The young lady at the counter is always very pleasant and very helpful.
The food is great and so is the service. That's why we keep coming back.
Been coming here for a couple of years. Always a great option when you want something inexpensive that also tastes good. Good comes out pretty quickly and tastes nice.
Fresh, fast and good food.... Potentially one of my favourite restaurants on Norton, funny not being italian, but we all know it's not that great here any more, ha :)
Been here probably 40 times... their Singapore noodles rocks, had one pretty gross fresh prawn spring rolls, but once outta 40 ain't bad. All the food just feels really fresh and really healthy, pretty cheap too... I normally get an extra serve of vege's in them, and meal is enough for 2 people for around $12. Definitely worth a try!
Great pho soup and canton fried rice, spring rolls, lamb curry and the list goes on. This is favourite take away in Leichhardt.
Great!. Very friendly staff! The place is also very clean. I love the chicken pad thai, especially because of its price ($7.50-9.50 depending on size)! I would definitely recommend.
Had a very yummy lunch there today. Some fool has pressed the "restaurant closed" button. It's not true. Fresh, immaculately clean and delicious. Some of the dives in King Street could learn from this place. Well worth a visit!
New little asian cafe at the beginning of Norton street catering Thai, Chinese, Malaysian and Vietnamese. Reasonably priced and recommended!
Best laksa in leichhardt area, even the vegetarian laksa taste nice. Before this, I couldn’t find any laksa in leichhardt I would want to give a 2nd chance. The vegetarian pad see ew was really nice too. Very efficient too, I ordered via the phone before I left, when I get there it’s already done. So just simply pay and pick up the food.
Cheap and cheerful. Really fresh and tasty food. Very clean, pleasant causal seating. A great find, I'd recommend this place without hesitation. Most dishes on the menu are delicious. Its conveniently located and not too expensive.
Fabulous noodle bar on Norton street, fresh clean soup, if you love noodle soup try Mekong. They also uber deliver, fast and friendly service. $10 lunch deal, large soup and drink. I’ve been here a few times now and stock for the soups is always delicious
Still GREAT FOOD, SERVICE AND ATTITUDE !!!!!! I have been coming here few years and the food, service attitude have always been great !!!
Oh, of course there are still a few customers that have a whinge too but every food place gets them, you know the type never happy unless they are complaining about nothing !
