Review The Lobby - Leichhardt

Came here about a month ago (15 Jan, 7pm) with family for dinner. Staff were very inattentive - it wasn't very busy, however I had to get up multiple times and stand in the middle of the outdoor area to get a waitress's attention. Took a long time for the items we ordered to arrive - I would have to check with the waitress, ask her about something I had ordered, only to receive a 'did you?' as a response, multiple times. Very frustrating experience, the food was quite good however the service for me really ruined it. Probably wont be coming back as we were all rather annoyed the entirety of dinner.

Came here to get a bay walk half way coffee and banana bread. Great little place but that’s as far as it goes. Banana bread tasted good but very dry and cold.. coffees were so hot it was like pouring hot lava into your mouth removing any form of taste for the next hour.

Amazing! They have the best food and drinks ever! Super friendly staff and the customer service is on point. I go there nearly everyday after my walk by the bay for a coffee and/or smoothie (my favourite is the açaí one). The view is just a bonus! Thank you so much for always treating me so well and for making my food so delicious everytime! 🖤

Done do the best coffee in the area and great little spot. Wouldn’t be going for the breakfast food but pizza is fresh cooked there of an even 👌

Went their for brunch, very friendly and smiling staff. Coffee absolutely amazing. Food delicious. They were fast and efficient. Love this place.

Nice venue lovely outdoor area for appears to be a pop up pizza place. Plenty of seats and place for kids to run around. Pizzas were nice and fresh and quickly made on their pizza ovens. Gelato was also nice!

Terrible waiting time. We waited 1 hour and 10minutes for this. The meat patty was burnt, you can see the sweet potatoes in the plate were rushed. Look at the difference between the sweet potatoes ( one batch barely cooked and the other re-fried) Presentation and taste 2/10. Wait time brought this down and if I could give it a 0, I would. Don’t waste your money or your time here!

Nice view on the water but the service I received today from a female staff member was horrendous! I've worked in hospo for years and this lady should bot be working in hospitality! When I asked if we could grab a table with some mothers group friends I received the following uprupt comments: "Don't move any furniture" (wasn't going to) "Are you getting lunch, you can't just sit there and drink coffee all day" (we may do... you don't want our coffee money? The place is empty, it's a Wednesday afternoon!) After asking for money I said sure I'll go grab my purse, usually we pay at the end... " not here you haven't " Very rude lady so we will choose somewhere else for our weekly get together.
