The cup cakes were delicious and with beautiful presentation. The ease of ordering online and with tracking delivery was good experience. Kids loved it and we would definitely be ordering again. I think the 12 box came in beautiful packaging.

Stunning cupcakes as always. I had an issue with the first lot of cupcakes that was delivered and the ladies there were incredibly amazing at solving it, thank you my family loved them, as they always have. We've been buying from these guys for years and they never dissapoint. The brownies are to die for, and the cupcakes are just little taste of heaven. Thank you so so much for the lady who served us on the 11.12.2021 at 8am your kindness was much appreciated.

Wow!!! What a cake! I was NOT disappointed!!! My daughter was so so so happy. It was her 5TH Birthday cake and the doll was an actual full size doll inside!!!! I had a car accident the morning I was supposed to pick the cake up, I rang them and told them I was late and wouldn’t make it by closing time and they were lovely and waited for me… The cake was amazing AND tasted yummy!!!!!

I highly recommend The Cupcake Room. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our Corporate Custom Order. We had to delay the order quite a few times due to COVID, and each time Maria was accommodating. We had to have these delivered by a certain time and throughout all the times that I've had to push the order back, they remembered this. I would have given them 6 stars if I could as the driver, when he dropped the cupcakes off, just wanted to know if he was in time for the meeting..... how many drivers would have even cared to ask that question.... the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! Will highly recommend The Cupcake Room and will definitely use them again. PS - the cupcakes were also amazing - fresh and beautiful - a work of art!

Gluten free cake 😍 yum! Tea and a hot chocolate also better than any cafe we’ve been to! Staff are super friendly too, great place and will be back!

The Cupcake Room always delivers the most delicious cupcakes, with the prettiest decorations. I keep coming back again and again over many years and it just occurred to me I've never written a review! Extra points go to them for being completely nut-free so all those kids with life-altering nut allergies can have a treat without the danger and stress. A++++++ to this friendly team - keep up the great work!

Wow! Super impressed with this place. Ordered a box to be delivered to my daughters workplace and did they go down a treat!! 24 beautifully presented princess themed cup cakes arrived in a timely manner. Apparently they tasted amazing too! Customer service was outstanding as well as I mucked up my online order but was quickly sorted out. Thank you Cupcake Room for making it a memorable birthday.

I can’t comment on the quality of the cupcakes because my delivery never arrived.<br/><br/>I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to my niece for her birthday. After following up with the company, I was informed at 7pm - via email- that the cupcakes were damaged and therefore never delivered. <br/><br/>I never received any apology from the business. It was really disappointing. After numerous emails my money was refunded. <br/><br/>I would not order cupcakes from this business if you want them to be delivered on the day you request. They may not arrive, and judging by their customer service, they won’t care either way.<br/>

We had these box of beauties delivered to our work function which was American themed. The cupcakes definitely matched the theme and decorated in all kinds of blue, red, and white. The cupcake was light and fluffy. Tasted very delicious with the right amount of icing.

Would definitely recommend this place! I'm so happy I found The Cupcake Room as they were able to make a last minute customised cupcake order the day before my unorganised self needed them. Although their store was closed on Mondays, I was lucky that they responded to my enquiry on Monday and continued to email me for more details on my order to be ready by 10am the next day. The cupcakes looked astonishing and tasted even better! I've found my new favourite places for cupcakes - excellent quality and professional service!

I discovered this little gem when I needed to get custom made cupcakes for a first birthday party. They were a hit. Perfect size, small enough for the kids and big enough for the adults. <br/><br/>The Cupcake Room's website is easy to use, full of photos for you to choose your theme, click click click and you have ordered your cupcakes. We ordered the jungle themed cupcakes, picked them up and they were exactly like how it was pictured in the website. Very happy!<br/><br/>Nut free vanilla cupcake with butter cream icing. The taste was perfectly executed. The kids obviously loved the sweetness. Adults too! The details of the fondant were perfect, butter cream icing was made well and the vanilla cupcake was light and moist - delicious. <br/><br/>Price wise, you would think customised cakes would cost at least $5 each, but you're wrong! It only cost me $42 for the dozen! That's only $3.50 each. Bargain! Definitely referring all the cake needs to The Cupcake Room.

Just the right amount icing for the size of the cake below.<br/>2)The quality is very excellent<br/>3)The designs are intricate and delicate<br/>4)You can ask for anything that comes to mind. Custom make for any occasion.<br/>5)Great price, very reasonable.<br/>My favourite is the raspberry cupcake with jam filled cake centre! Something to dream about!

Most definently the best cupcakes I have ever tasted. If you keep them in the box they stay very fresh for a few days. They are decorated so beautifully and are so addictive.

Deeelish. I love this place - perfect sized mouthful of cake and icing. Not too sugary at all and really nice and moist.

You can get better and tastier cupcakes than this from supermarket packet mix. The actual vanilla cupcake cake was nothing worthy of it's own store; with the only distinguishing factor between each type was the very lumpy, eggy and sugary icing. Of the cupcakes tried (lemon curd and caramel) they get a 4/10 and 2/10 respectively. The only worthwhile thing produced from there would be the brownie cupcakes. Tried the chocolate and the raspberry flavours. The actual brownie mixture was pretty fantastic considering the poor cupcake, however the flavours were just a hunk of jam and a piece of chocolate in the middle. Chocolate 6/10 and raspberry 7/10. All in all, I wouldn't make a point of returning there.
