Came here with my family and the food was great! A must visit, great customer service, good ambiance and delicious food! Their portions are great too, worth the money you spend for sure 😁

I enjoy my soy decaf here as the barista here knows how to make a great taste brew consistently , even during coffee rush hour . While there is no shortage of good coffee beans in Sydney but great barista is hard to find. The raspberry + pear cake is delicious. The rest of the food menu looks interesting so would be keen to sample some one day.

Great coffee, menu looked good to for possible return. It sure lives up to its name, Grumpy for sure, no one smiles , wondered if it was deliberate, but no they are there to do a job , not build a friendly business in the process, not even a thank you in the process of payment. Will we go back mmmmm will see. 😞

Great coffee which came out fast. Tasty breakfast - enjoyed the corn fritter burger. Long wait for food - judged by that it wasn't that busy and we were the only ones waiting for food to come out. Excess butter - could just butter it for us and save yourself butter costs ;)

Great coffee served by the grumpy barista!! 😁 The soy latte I was getting is very consistent. Plus the breakfast burger was very tasty.

So my partner and I found this cafe just randomly while driving about, decided to give it a go since we've tried a few places within the Leichhardt main streets. This cafe has a pretty nice menu with very traditional brekkie options along with some interesting Asian ones. But I settled on one of their specials; a scrambled eggs with goats cheese and chutney. Individually the components had strong flavours, but the combination of the savoury chutney on the toast with roasted tomatoes and scrambled eggs was well coordinated with a blissful hit of salty goat's cheese coming through. And their coffee was pretty nice and strong without being overly acidic. My only gripe was the time we waited for the food which was about 30mins. One's experience with this cafe may vary though, as I do think the food was worth the wait, just not within my circumstance where I had something on and had to swallow the food without enjoying it. Overall, a good recommend for a quiet residential cafe, but I would also suggest to leave some time in so you can enjoy the food when it arrives!

Beautiful coffee! Not burnt or too strong (or weak). I wonder what the food is like? If it's as good as the coffee, then it would be excellent. Edit: Amazing service with a smile. Went from 4 to 5 stars.
