Bought Family Feast at drivethru Christmas Eve. Chicken inedible..dry, overcooked and bones black! No help from Manager on duty, said from photo looks ok to her. Consequently reported to Head Office a week ago who said General Manager will be in touch...still waiting!!

The staff at this KFC is very rude, can’t even fulfill my request when I asked nicely that I don’t want chicken wings in my 8 piece combo, and they put very small pieces of chicken in out of spite. Horrible experience overall and will not go back.
Very disappointing experience the last times I have been there. My last orders all had something wrong so I need to stop the car, check everything and get back to the restaurant after being in the drive-thru. Old chips and especially the chicken is very greasy and taste like it’s been sitting inside
We come here almost every Thursday night. Ordered 6 wicked wings and two of them were half the normal size. Asked the staff if this was normal and they didn’t care.
Terrible, I don’t know what happened to this restaurant. Chickens are offfff. So oily it makes me sick, nothing that they serve there is fresh anymore. It tastes like a pizza heated up in the microwave for breakfast.
