The Grill shack is a constant go to place for takeaway, their chips and burgers are constantly baked to perfection, whether your picking up or ordering online you can count on a friendly and helpful environment, Highly Recommend

Grill shack doing a fantastic job of providing REALLY tasty food, in a friendly environment, where everything looks clean and tidy and the whole thing is so well organised - from ordering online to picking up at the shop. Well done guys!!
The food is fine, but their service is really terrible.
Waited 28 minutes for my 2 burgers and chips yesterday.
I ended up having to walk up and ask if my order was ready, even though it was never called.
This prompted 3 others to do the same, and it turned out all their food was ready too.

Chips were OK, but quite oversalted. And the vegan burger was really mediocre. It had raw grated carrot and fat slice of raw cucumber, they just don't go well in burger. The patty was ok, but nothing memorable and sauce was lacking.
I don't think I would go back.
Was told food would be ready in 20 minutes, ended up waiting an hour for one burger, third time in a row its happened so not an isolated problem. Food is below average and not worth the wait.
