Review Hungry Jacks Pty Ltd - Lismore

It took over 2 hours and multiple phone calls to get our dessert. Then when it arrived the delivery driver dropped two boxes of brownies on the ground and just stood there looking at them.. This is how the rest arrived, the food was burnt and the ice cream was soup. No refund, no apology. Disgusting service and attitude.

When i orded my meal it took them over 1 hour to deliver it to me the food was cold not even luke warm they gave me the wrong drink and my chessy garlic breed and 2 drops of cheese on it

I will not be going to this store again. I'll go to Goonellabah. Last time I was there the woman was extremely rude. Tonight, I called and waited on hold long enough that I was about to give up. Finally ordered my pizzas... When I went to pick up I walked in and the man in front of me was served. As I waited to be served I looked around and noticed that there were 5 staff. Four had their mask down under their chin and one had it on properly. I was horrified... The longer I waited the less I wanted to be there. I was not greeted or acknowledged. The screen said my pizzas were ready but they were not (you can see where the pizzas that are ready for pickup are). Everyone looked grumpy and not one single staff member in at least 5 mins of standing there acknowledged me. I walked out. I did not get my pizzas and will not be back. HI NEXT DOOR mini asian takeaway are always friendly and tasty and incredibly fast!

Pizzas were fresh and carefully made. We got to sit outside enjoying our meal, late in the evening, under a clear night sky. Was great!

If only I was able to leave no stars because I would!! The amount of issues I’ve had with this domino’s is ridiculous!! So tonight after work I put an order through online and went to domino’s when it said it was ready, well when I got to domino’s the whole place was shut, the worker that is still at domino’s comes to the door and says they closed at 10pm. I was not happy as there was nothing else open as they were meant to be. So domino’s if you are going to close at 10pm CHANGE YOUR TRADING HOURS.

Called up saying that they couldn’t deliver my pizzas as their driver had “no petrol”. Personally I have worked in a pizza shop before, and the complete lack of apology or reasoning for not just being able to refill (we would use store money for staff petrol if there was no other option) was despicable. I was looking more forward to my Mountain Dew than anything else anyway. I know how hard it is to work in customer service but my god it was hard to not go full Karen on these people.

Ordered the Mega Meatlovers, loaded supreme and the BBQ Chicken and Rasher Bacon. Pizza was under average. If you are too busy to make dinner, this is an option.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Lismore Domino's would have to be one of the worst going at it's current standard. 2 weeks in a row an order has arrived incredibly late and the product has not been correct. Tonight is the last time I will order from this Domino's. Order arrived incredibly late and the product was cold and stodgy and incorrect. Instead of letting it slide this time I decided to take the product back to the store for a full refund. On arrival I was met by an incredibly rude and arrogant woman who was either the supervisor or owner. She preceded to blame a young girl near her and started berating her until I told her to stop and that as the "boss" the buck stopped with her to which again she said it was not her fault but the staffs fault. As a person who works in Industrial relations found this extremely unprofessional and rude. With the vast amount of complaints showing here on Google reviews, I for the life of me cant work out how the franchisee of this store has not been hit with multiple breaches of the franchise agreement and have had their lease terminated. It is an embarrassment to the brand. Upon receiving my refund I made my way to the Goonellabah where I was met with a young crew busy cleaning who efficiently came and took my order with a smile. I enquired to a young man if the Goonellabah store was owned by the same people as the Lismore store to which he said no and he politely asked if I had a bad experience there. When I explained that I did he said that he was not surprised as they get regular phone calls and customers saying the same thing. My advice to Greater Lismore residents. Avoid the Lismore store at the Quick Stop and use the Goonellabah Store.
