Review Indulge Brasserie - Liverpool

Lamb Shanks were superb. The Tuesday night special. Meat was perfectly cooked, falling off the bone and so tender. Mash, veggies, red wine jus… all really good. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful, as I am not a member or local. The waitress was polite and the food came out so fast. Really impressed! So glad I stopped in on my way up from down south. Was needing an early dinner and saw the Sporties sign. Light, modern and fresh. Good menu and different specials on different nights. Might stop in on my way back for lunch 😂

Went there on Saturday for lunch service. I ordered the paella for myself, the wife had schnitzel and chips, my son had the Greek souvlaki and my youngest had a Pepperoni pizza. The meals for my family were good, except for the green garnish that smelt strange, they didn't belong on the dishes . All came at the same time and were hot. My paella on the other hand had SO MUCH tomato that it completely over powered the Paella! And the GREEN GARNISH! OML what the hell was it? It smelt disgusting and also changed the aroma profile. It tasted like rice with a whole heap of Neapolitan sauce. Nothing like a paella should taste like! The mussels were fresh, I counted three tiny pieces of chicken and three prawns. Definitely not worth $28!!!

I come here regularly for dinner. They have changed the menu and I was really dissapointed with the new chicken scallapini. Was dry and sauce was not nice. Nothing went together on the plate. I ordered the same dish here previously and it was perfect. Would love for it to change back. Over all the food is nice and place gets very busy. If u have a big group best to book a table.

Worst customer service ever! From bad to worse with no improvements at all!! The girl at the bistro cashier name Marina has very bad attitude problem. She always rushed you to order your food and she has no idea how to operate the cashier computer. She is a newbie and already she has attitude towards the customers. She needs to go! Bartender name Holly has very bad attitude too and she looks like a dopey when I asked her where is my change from a 50 dollars note. She can't count!

Part of the Moorebank Sports Club complex. Open style seating with menus either on the table or nearby. You place an order at the counter and give your table number. I tried the Akoya having never heard of this Oyster/Clam seafood, it was not to my taste, and the seaweed/vegetable that accompanied it was almost not edible. The Kiev was overcooked, the crust was very hard with the chicken on the dry side, added to mash that needed some butter wrapped up a rather average lunch. On the plus side the staff were friendly.

This Brasserie is getting worse. The food hasn't improved much and the customer service is terrible. I usually go there once a week and looks like I won't be going back anytime soon. They have a newbie staff name Paula at the register and she was terrible. She was being pushy and always rush you with what do you want to order without letting you think what selection should I choose. When I asked her for recommendations she goes "I have no idea". What the? You work there and you have no idea what's recommended for the customers? An absolute disgrace in terms of customer service. She is not fit to be at the register. Put someone else there who is more friendly and more patient and caring.

Was here on opening night and again tonight. Food is awesome and staff very friendly.

I can't fault Indulge at Sporties for convenience and a nice big space for birthday parties/social gatherings and they are always accommodating. Had my birthday lunch there on the weekend and the food was fine but not as good as usual. Ordered 3 plates of bruschetta (where is the basil people?), 2 plates of calamari (not crispy but fresh), 2 pizzas (OK) and 2 lots of sweet potato fries (always great). It was more like basic pub food this time which is OK but I have had better food at Indulge in the past.
