Review Cafe Twenty3 - Liverpool

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, service was average took 30ish minutes to cook 2 big breakfasts, the spinach tastes off, poached eggs were cooked poorly, had my beef sausage forgotten, halloumi wasn’t cooked properly, toast wasn’t toasted properly. I could honestly go on and on about how poor the quality of the food was. The owner I spoke to seemed rude and not happy to listen to what I had to say, and asked me what I wanted to do about it. How about you offer solutions and apologise for the horrendous experience and quality, and as a chef myself I would definitely not recommend this place not at 26 dollars a big breakfast that looked like it was kicked around the kitchen before serving, thanks for nothing, will definitely not be coming back!!

Came here two weeks in a row. There's only one chef in the kitchen and he does an amazing job! The eggs benedict were perfect, no watery eggs, balanced and proportioned hollandaise sauce. The French toast was sweet and delightful. Staff are nice and friendly. A nice cafe away from the busyness of the shopping centre.

It has actually changed name to Cafe twenty 3. I was here last week for the first time and then again today. Love the coffee and food and the people. Can't believe i haven't tried it in all the time it has been around. Bonus for price as everything is very reasonably priced compared to other cafes in the area. The ambience is super cute and did i mention friendly staff 😊.

Just a great place to eat. The vibe is very chill and relaxed. The staff are very quick and good hosts. The food is delicious and fresh plus the serving sizes are quite big. Definitely recommend! Plus the food is also Halal 👍🏽👍🏽👌

Have been to this place 2yrs ago and food was not good, but this time had the waffles and the dish was delicious, possible change of owners which is good, but wait staff could do better and remember their training of customer service.

I’m not picking on this cafe but when we first walked in our waiter was picking his nose while on his phone , which put me off already. Their service was good though. I think the business name changed as well. I came in the morning to get breakfast . Ordered the mashed Avo as seen on the picture, it’s not that presentable. The meal was pretty average and a bit over priced for what it’s worth and I didn’t really like that soy sauce they used, it felt out of place. My missus ordered eggs Benedict, came with two eggs with salmon on top of English muffin with spinach on the side. Still feel it’s a bit overpriced with the amount they put in it.

Legit best cafe in Liverpool, coffee and food are so consistent! Tastes amazing and presentation is unmatched. As an added bonus, you are greeted with the most pleasant and welcoming staff, and a calm relaxed atmosphere. I have never had a bad coffee in the dozen or so times I have been here, or have the ingredients in my food not be fresh! Just amazing, props to the lovely owners - they have a lifetime customer.
