Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Liverpool

Came here today (01/04/22), was craving pizza and my mate had recommend we should go to this place. The service here was really bad to say the least. Ordered 2 slices of each pizza, 6 in total. The lady taking the order just assumed that it was takeaway without even asking if I was having it here or to go. My mate was already seated while waiting for me to grab the pizza. The lady proceeded to replace the box with 2 plates which seemed like such a task. In total the pizza and can of coke came to $23 I'd score the pizza a 7/10. As for the service, you get better service at McDonalds. Would I return? Definitely not, don't need the attitude that was dished out.

The food is nice but I don’t enjoy the customer service at all. I don’t recall them ever giving me a smile, which is so simple to do. I get that it gets busy and maybe you’re overwhelmed but it would be nice to feel welcome.

Gave us the wrong order and did not check whose order they gave us its frustrating and customer service is very poor. I have specifically asked for mixed kebab with chilli and garlic sauce NOT BBQ however i ended up getting beef kebab with BBQ only. Im disappointed as i spoke highly about it to my mom and ended up with the wrong order.

Was hunting for some delicious Turkish Pide with my partner and our cat "soju" when we stumbled upon this neon bright lit takeaway shop. A good little crowd around so food had to be good. The place was clean and staff were very nice, me being a bit chatty along with my partner and our cat soju started speaking with one of the staff member, to our surprise it was the owner Johnny (well I hope his names johnny sorry if its not) but he was very upbeat, friendly and very casual like a mate you've known for while. The Pide was really good and serving was very generous, thank you and definitely will come by again and spread the word. 25 years and still with a smile and treating new customers like he just opened, such a good vibe. 👍 👌

The food is nice, but the service is horrible. The staff always look like they've had a horrible day, always seem to have an attitude when speaking to customers and lack generally common courtesy.

Good food lovely staff but one time the older lady staff member served me a raw burger ask for well done I chucked it out also the chips were under cooked but everything else I've tried was five star

Remember the first time you watched Aladdin? When Aladdin and Jasmine took their first carpet ride. This was my experience with Johnny’s the first time I partook of its awesome food. The Pizza 🍕 is amazing. Great ratio of dough to topping. Generous portion size. Not behhd!! Actually feeling some now

Very nice people! They gave me a complimentary box of delicious Turkish delights completely free of charge with a handwritten thank you note attached ❤❤ I know how many small sydney businesses are doing it tough now so it was heart warming to see them still being so positive and generous! Made my day, thank you.
