Review Maddies Cafe - Liverpool

Maria
Coffee was good but the lady who served me was quite rude. She thought cleaning was more important than serving me and when she finally served me she made no eye contact and left the coffee on the bench rather than handing it to me when I stood right in front of her. Work on your customer service.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, my dining experience wasn't good. The staff didn't have any menu knowledge, I had to ask twice whether my order had been placed. Other people who ordered later than me, got their food before me. Wasn't pleasant.

These girls do nothing but make me feel VERY welcome I have special needs when it comes to food and they can't help enough. You REALLY NEED to eat here too experience how wonderful this place is.

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I can’t. I’m disappointed that people these days don’t have the respect and decency to treat people equally. My sister and her friend had lunch here the other day and they were stared at by staff to the point were they felt very uncomfortable. Very disappointed bad customer service and human respect. Thanks for nothing wont be eating here every again.

Great service, friendly staff and awesome food!! I love it, my daughter is autistic and these ladies always make her feel comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

Friendly prompt service and the food is just so fresh. Great coffee too. So nice to be IN a cafe ...not out in the middle of the noisy Westfield thoroughfares.

Very disappointed. Charged top dollar for reconstituted frozen chicken with lettuce on a cheap bun. Staff were friendly but have not been trained to make coffee. Will never go back.

Was here today, food was ok but a bit over priced. Food came out in a reasonable time did not have to wait for long. Waiters were nice, the service was ok but it could've been better if they had asked how my meal was. Even though I had ordered coffee table water was not given until I had to ask. Overall the experience was alright

A regular cafe to grab a booth by yourself or with family and friends. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Free parking in westfields is a bonus!

My impression: The food and drinks were average. There was nothing special about my experience. I have been there a handful of times and will not be returning. I notice a lot of elderly people have a drink there. They are also not that cheap (not expensive either, but it feels like overpriced tuck shop food).

I would not recommend them, go to level 2 for more options :)
