Absolutely amazing, staff are nice, service is fast. They could do with an Internet boost for the card machine as it failed a few times due to lack of Internet... make sure to take cash as well as card just to be on the safe side.

Lovely desert place, stopped off here on passing through and wasn't disappointed... huge selection of ice creams desserts and shakes. Really comfortable seating too.

A lovely and clean desert establishment in heart of Liverpool centre. A vast and diverse of warm and cold deserts on offer with nice American style dining. Is a bit on the expensive side though, however, the portions given are plentiful. I just went with Vanilla milkshake but rest of my friends went for ice cream

We went here, we were just 4 ppl and we waited for 15 minute just for take a sit. Staff wasn’t busy they saw us and no one come to say something to us! The food was good, but seriously really bad staff!

First time visiting Kaspas after hearing good things, seated quickly upon arriving, staff were excellent, plenty of choices on the menu as well as possibilities to create some of your own things, all made to order and tasted amazing, would definitely recommend and will be returning!

This place was amazing. When I visited it was busy however, they still managed to get my order to me quite fast. I ordered a waffle and it tasted amazing. The soft whip ice cream also tasted good. I also order on of the milshakes and it was amazing. The staff where friendly and nice! I will definitely be back.

We had the best night at Kaspas 🍬🧁🍰 food and drinks was delicious! Not shy with toppings on any of it, Michael went above and beyond to make sure the kids was happy, even gave them a pot of sprinkles to mess about with! The kids loved it! Can’t wait to come back, will see you very soon ❤️

This shisha place is usually almost always busy! I’ve never had dinner here, but I have tried their desserts and they are pretty good. I’ve also had their lemon and mint drink which is pretty good too.

This place is usually pretty cool on a Friday or Saturday night. I've eaten here too and the food wasn't bad either. It wouldn't necessarily be my first shisha spot of choice, but I wouldn't say no to coming here either. They seem to have some nice desserts from what i've seen so I would be keen to head back and give them a try

It was my first time honestly had an amazing experience last night staff are so nice friendly the food was so fresh I honestly recommend to everyone

Horrible customer service skills. This place is run by a bunch of kids who don't have any idea about customer experience or quality. Unfortunatley there are not many places in liverpool., but wont be going back here. Had a very poor experience with Karim who works there and was rude. They even have a policy where you must purchase cold drinks or dessert with your argileh/shisha and claim that in doing so, it prevents strokes. I'm a doctor myself and would personally like to see the studies backing this statement.

Lacking in variety. <br/>They have only 3 flavours of ice-cream: chocolate, vanilla and vanilla bean. <br/>All their menu varieties are pretty much the same despite some minor tweaks. <br/>Customer service can also be pretty bad. We once waited 15mins to be seated and there were plenty of unoccupied and unreserved tables available. <br/>Their coffee and drinks are probably the only half decent things you can get here. <br/>They've also got a savoury menu available but its not that great. I reccomend going elsewhere for food or dessert.

Every time I've been to The Spot Chocolate Bar it's been great ! <br/> <br/>Initially went just for shisha(which is 10/10) but each time i have tried a different dish and have never been disappointed. <br/><br/>Savoury dishes are delicious , I recommend the sharing platter if you are hungry and with a few people. It's a very generous dish.<br/><br/>The staff are lovely and I've personally never waited for a table more than 10 minutes. There's the option to book if waiting bothers you.<br/><br/>I definitely recommend The Spot! I was really surprised to see such an undeserving low rating. Go there and see for yourself how good all of it is :]<br/>

If you're here for dessert, bare in mind they're not flexible with choice or customer preference. A friend and myself just wanted something small but majority of the menu caters for those who want to snooze that large sweet craving rather than a small indulgence. <br/>We opted for a Fondue for Two.<br/>The milk chocolate dip is extremely rich and sweet. I'd worry about one's risk increasing of diabetes ah ha.<br/><br/>Strawberries and bananas were fresh, neither of us had marshmallows as we don't like them :/ the waffles were nice alone, tasted like a sugar-filled crispy pancake! Banana bread was nice also though it was cold as it is had come straight from the fridge which annoyed me abit. It may have been to ensure it was more solid than room temp but I didn't like the change of temperatures of the food.<br/><br/>What annoyed me most was when we approached the counter to pay, they didn't have the ability to split the bill because it was only one item.<br/><br/>I would try elsewhere from now on for a dessert fix as this place was certainly very average and sadly I would not expect anything special from here.

I've been here a few times, just to see if this place can redeem itself. Unfortunately every experience I've had here is not a good one...<br/><br/>The service to get a table takes so long.. We waited 15 minutes to be seated once, even though there were lots of spare tables around. When we ordered on the menu, the pancakes were hard, blueberry sauce was really sour and so were the strawberries. The whipped cream tastes odd too... Nothing on the plate worked.<br/><br/>The fudge brownie sundae became too overwhelming after the second mouthful. Needed a lot of water to eat it.<br/><br/>The tiramisu cake was hard and stale.. You could tell it was sitting in the glass for over a week. The taste was off and it was literally something you couldn't consume it.<br/><br/>In terms of variety of flavours their menu is very lacking. They only serve 3 flavours of icecream: chocolate, vanilla and vanilla bean. Not to mention their pancake varieties are almost identical except for a few minor changes. <br/><br/>Their savoury foods aren't any better. I once ordered pasta there and it tasted like tinned spaghetti. Also not to mention it took 40 minutes for it to come to the table, right after everybody had already eaten their meals.<br/><br/>The only half decent thing on their menu would have to be their coffee and drinks. It's a miracle they managed to get even that right given how terrible their service and rest of menu is. <br/><br/>Although it boasts a good vibe and really chill atmosphere i do not recommend this place, it's got cheap and bad quality food, not to mention terrible service and menu items.<br/>10/10 will not be a returning customer after the continuous bad experiences i have had with this place.

Customer service was good and efficient. We ordered argileh (hookah/shisha), a coffee frappe and some garlic bread. They were all superb and flavours were of great standard. We would definitely come back again for some chill out time.

Good place for some late night dessert when nowhere else is open. I've been here a few times and haven't had any issues. The dessert is what you expect and the staff are very attentive. Parking is sometimes and issue when it's very busy and it's all outdoor dining so layer up if it's a cold night.

My impression: The staff seem unprofessional. The person working there who I assume may be the manager seemed more occupied trying to pick up girls.<br/><br/>The chocolate drinks and ice cream I had I didn't like, tasted old, had frozen bits of ice in it as if the icecream split, the chocolate tasted burnt.<br/><br/>Overall I really didn't like this place, comes across as very shady. My friends also will not be returning.<br/><br/>Also if you're a non smoker, be prepared to get 2nd hand smoke during your dinning experience (its free though ;D....the smoke).

Dropped by on a Thursday night with a friend. We were seated outside and it was a lovely atmosphere - except for the nearby smokers! <br/><br/>I had the salt and pepper calamari, which was cooked really well and tasted great. For dessert, I tried their chocolate waffle - it was good, but nothing overly special. Looked great though! <br/><br/>Also had their shisha (shared with a friend) which had some interesting flavours. <br/><br/>May or may not be back.

We came in as a group of four and were seated inside due to limited alfresco seats. After reading a few reviews on Zomato, customer service was on scrutiny. It was great to see the staff swiftly show us to our table, provide our menus and attentive to requests! I enjoyed my Melon Smooch mocktail and chicken bosciola. My Partner's cousins who were up from Melbourne also enjoyed their meals of ribs and chicken wings.<br/><br/>Only thing was being seated across from the kitchen with view of frantic staff. A given on a busy Friday night, but a bit of a mood killer.

Worst service ever. This is the worst service I have ever received. Never met ruder staff and all they care about is upselling. DO NOT GO HERE. This is the most disgusting form of customer service I have ever seen. You have lost some very loyal customers.

Not impressed, lift up your game. I have been here a few times now, and have come to the conclusion that I will not come here again. The food is bland, the desserts nothing special, staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and the seating is cramped. Don't even bother.

NEVER AGAIN. Very bad service and atmosphere, the menu is not creative, the seating is crowded and uncomfortable, the workers are rude and ignore you, they try make jokes thinking theyre fkn will ferrel, they even force you to order something even if youre in a group of 5 people with everyone else ordering, simply appalling, never again

Love this place. The waiters are really helpful & the food was amazing. I recommend the lamb ribs for dinner & simply the best waffles for dessert

Customer service is really bad. Ordered waffles it was cold and awful taste... Last time I'm coming here...

Not returning. The first time I came here was perfect . Soothing atmosphere , attentive waiters & wonderful coffee . However , I returned on Sunday and everything was the complete opposite . Customer service was horrid . The waitresses spoke with an attitude , looking down on us just because we were an average group only ordering argileh and coffees , not food . My tea came without a saucer & my friend's frappe was just ice & crushed cookies . Extremely disappointed .
