Review Kfc - Liverpool

This is the absolute worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The chicken and chips are never fresh yet the staff are happy to sell it to customers. The chicken doesn’t even taste like the original recipe. The store is always dirty even when it’s not busy. This store should be shut down. It is a disgrace to the KFC franchises.

Tried this KFC on multiple times and the chicken always seems like old chicken,not fresh at all Nd chips are stale. Very disappointing food,definitely would not recommend this place if you like your food fresh. Pretty bad overall,needs a big change.

I bought two kids’ meal and it’s unbelievable what I got inside the box. The chips look awful, like it was done from yesterday. You guys need to do better.

Love having lunch here. Service is quick and chicken is hot and fresh. The place is clean and tidy. Customers Service are very nice but a smile goes a long way. They should try it.

Weird but this KFC makes best fried chicken A friend of mine told us him and his girlfriend would drive all the way from green valley to this place for the chicken. They wouldn’t go anywhere else because they think the fried chicken here is so delicious. This came to the answer why in the past I never actually finish a whole family feast. This week, my wife and I felt like eating fried chicken so we bought it from this place… 9 pieces with 2 chips. We finished it the next day, for some reason we felt like more so we got 3 piece feast and 4 wicked wings and finish that in one meal. Funny enough we were craving for more and so we were at Westfield and got 9 pieces and 2 sides, this time we finished 3 pieces and didn’t finish the rest. Anyways it was really oily and overcooked and the taste was off. Didn’t touch it after that. I have tried pretty much all kfc around here but only found this place to be the best. Maybe not the service but for the taste.

Drive through service today at about 17:00 The guy serving (beard) didn’t even look at me When he past the bag out to me, no smile, no thank you, just walked away, Terrible service I would never go there again. I gave 1 star because 0 star is not available.

Poorly managed environment, some lights are out, two fridges behind the counter are out of order, untidy POS area, it's a mess. Despite minimum workforce staffs are working hard, but constantly struggling to attend customers on time. Not going again!

Heads up if eating here you’ll need a Tetanus shot and patience as I was ignored while standing at the counter while the server was chatting to his mate for 5 minutes. I don’t know what’s going on with the drink machine but obviously it’s patience had ran out as well. AVOID AT AL COSTS!!!
