Review Dougie's Grill - Liverpool

Our favourite place , excellent service, good ambiance. We felt very welcomed and staff are very nice and very understanding. They have a great selection burgers use healthy delicious ingredients. Burgers are of a great size. Fries fresh. The various ingredients are high quality fresh ... the sauces are delicious 😋 yummy Everything was clean and quicker. If you are in the area of Liverpool you must try this burger restaurant. One in a lifetime experience.

Dougie's have always had amazing burgers and I am so glad that they didn't disappoint on that front. However, my family and I went to have dinner here today and I would like to let the owner know - the two staff you have working the evenings on Sunday (26/08/18) are horrible! There were two of them, the one at the counter was texting on his phone while we gave our orders and later on, once we were served our food, we could hear both staff chatting away on their phones really loudly. On top of their phone habits, the person at the front was not welcoming at all. I've been to this dougie's plenty of times and it would be a shame to see it not doing well because of the people they have working for them. Quite honestly, I am not keen to come here again if I know I will be dealing with that kind of staff.

Amazingly friendly and cheerful staff and best burgers ever! Had a go on the camel and new Yorker burger and my taste buds were delighted! definitely a place to visit again. Keep it up boys!

Amazing food, though the experience is ruined by the vile unorthodox customer service, tables are grubby, toilets are unwashed and dirty, and the uncultured customer service team needs schooling.

The Food is great but I wish they had better parking. Its eaiser for me go to Bankstown branch instead of looking for parking at this branch.

All I can say is watch out McDonalds after eating the Monster Manhattan burger. Great burger and friendly service
