Review Kfc - Liverpool

Ordered a couple of go buckets. They did arrive fresh but was hardly any popcorn chicken in the container. Very inconsistent between the other KFC’s where I would see them use the red lid as a measurement of how much popcorn chicken is served. I believe this is consistent as the vehicle in front of me refunded their go bucket after complaining it was empty. I HOPE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PACKET AFTER THEY HANDLED IT!? Also ordered a pepo mayo slider which arrived fresh… but no pepper mayo sauce?! Simple errors that could be rectified with proper training and standard consistent procedures. Three stars because very rarely have fresh KFC.

What can I say… my first impression when I walked in for the first time in this KFC was bad. Those that work there seemed like they were too busy having fun talking to than helping the customers waiting at the counter to make an order. For me I literally was standing there waiting. Some looked at me and yet did not approach me as I was waiting. It was like they were saying “I’ll deal with him when I feel like it”. Most that I’ve seen were acting like there was nothing to take care. The amount of orders that needed to be made were still up when I checked. I don’t now how long the customers before me were waiting but I’m guessing they’ve been waiting more than 20mins. When the orders started to grow in numbers that’s when they finally take action. To serve the customers. For me it felt like an hour of wait. I could of went home, take a shower, watch some TV and then come back and still not have my order ready. I do not highly do NOT recommend this KFC if you are starving to death. You will be waiting for a long time. I’m not gonna say what I ordered but it definitely did not feel complete. It looked like someone didn’t have much to give back so they gave you what they had. That’s how my meal looked like. One last thing. The crew members did not look approachable. U wouldn’t feel like going up to them for anything. The amount of smiles and happening I’ve noticed between crew members compared to the customers is clear as day. A BIG difference with how they treat customers compared to their crew members.

Not the best KFC but also not the worst. They’re open later than the other nearby KFC, which is a bonus. The last time I was there, the staff were too busy arguing with each other to serve me my food. I get that you’re a teenager and you feel entitled, and think working in fast food service is beneath you, but you’re paid to do a job. Just do it.

There was a group of 6 teenagers walking through drive through standing infront of me at the ordering box they were joking around with the girl at the window as I waited at the ordering box for around 5mins they didn't up getting served so it was 1 big joke! Mean while I'm still waiting I finally ordered with no apologies for the wait, I then got the wrong order want back got my 2 fillet burgers and they were both the most disgusting stringy chicken fillet burgers I have ever had from there and I have some pretty bad one's! I'm sick of ringing up and complaining as I don't like doing it I even rang them the 1 time to compliment them on the 1 time it was really nice. They have to stop worrying about there social lives and worry about the food cause I'm paying good money for the meal.

The staff are completely rude! They have no care in the world for anything. Bunch of young girls who think they’re so smart. The audacity of people these days. Teach your staff some manners and how to respect people.

Absolutely disgusting place. I was almost knocked over by two male staff members roughing each other up at the front door, then was made to wait about 10min without even a "I'll be with you in a minute" Nothing I even looked at the line behind me and asked another guy if I was invisible Even the supervisor ignored us Not only that, but whilst they were making us wait, they were laughing and carrying on, pushing each other like they were at a party thinking we couldn't see them behind the door, we could see them and we were astonished I then called km the supervisor and said "can you not see us? Your customers" and all she could say was I'm sorry I'm sorry... But you could see the laughter in her eyes Disgusting

This has to be the worst KFC going. Ordered on the App which is showing available, waiting over 30mins for them to cancel my order without any explanation. I called up the store to not even be greeted and the guy on the phone sounded like he was half asleep. He told me my order was cancelled cause front counter is “closed” which I had no clue what that meant. I still don’t understand what that means. When is KFC going to start employing people that actually want to do their job. Waste of time and money.

Kids favourite fast food place. Only concern is online orders still get messed up on pickup. They never check your order number or ask for ID. Chicken has always been fresh.
