Review Domino's Pizza - Liverpool

Expected delivery time was 6:47pm tonight. Still not here. I have tried calling 6 times and I’ve been on hold for a while now. Someone took me off hold and was having a conversation while she took me off hold only to put me back on hold. I just want to know what’s going on with the order. But I’m stuck on hold. I ordered at 6:20ish it’s been an hour. I don’t mind waiting but the delivery updates weren’t even working so it’s not helpful and now no one’s answering the phone.

Don't bother ordering what crust you would like, staff think it's a lucky dip and choose for you.. Then when you ring and complain, you get told no that's how it should look like. Stevie Wonder could feel the difference between thin and thick and these workers couldn't even use their eyes to determine that. Not to mention it wasn't even fully cooked. They then continued to talk over me after realising they messed up. Stay well clear of this place!

Disgusting service. Waited over an hour and half. Called numerous times and was hung up on. Finally order arrived just as I was about to leave for work. Spoke with Delivery person and asked them to have the manager to call me to issue refund as my order was cold. Haven't heard anything from them. Appalling customer service will never order there again.

Never ordering from here ever again. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this definitely deserves one. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. One of the pizzas I ordered was the loaded pepperoni which costs extra, but I did not receive extra. I waited an hour for it to be delivered and when I was retrieving the order, they did not have the garlic breads as it was not on their receipt, yet it was clearly stated on mine. The delivery person advised me to call the store to ask for a refund. Which I did. Went down hill from here, called to ask for a refund for the garlic breads, was told I would be transferred to the manager. However, the call went back to whoever I spoke to first and they had asked for my address. Gave them the details and they had put me on hold for a few seconds. Asked for my address again, puts me on hold... again. Waited almost 10 minutes. Asked for my address AGAIN for the THIRD time. Asked me what I wanted a refund for which I stated in the beginning but for that I asked for a full refund. They stated I could not get a full refund, only for the garlic breads but OH WAIT the manager will have to get back to me for the refund as they are now busy. That just gave me a valid reason as to why I should receive a full refund and I'm sure the other 1 star ratings can back me up.

On Sunday the 3rd of April 2022, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery around 3:30pm. I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant I waited and waited for longer then 1 hour and a half yet nothing I called 3 times to answer. This is completely unexepytable and it is simply rubbish. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Pizza is fine you get what you paid for. Service is ok could do better but the shop is too bloody hot to be in maybe that’s why staff struggle to work!! 2 fans ain’t cutting it at all.

Do not order from this store. They don’t fulfil your order, and they will place you in hold multiple times when you try to call and organise a refund. Terrible - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
