Review Akash Pacific Cuisine - Liverpool

Excellent food .i can recomend the spicey goat curry ( i asked for extra hot spicey , which they cheerfully abliged ) the traditional in house home made style of the accodiment s mango & coconut chutneys to die for lol. Expresso coffee , bar drinks and outdoor table dinning a winner. Value for money generous portions at $25 bucks with a soft drink open till 9 pm . One of the rare few joints open for a real coffee after 6pm its won me....back ....agian & with my friends Next time. 👍😚😚

Aren't food authority checking these dodgy restaurants? Please be aware, they are a bunch of scammers because their menu shows one price then they over charge you! When asked it's old menu is their only reply. The curry we ordered was very small portion for the price we paid! The meat was terrible, tough to chew even dog wont eat such meat. Have some ethics towards the people who are paying you!

#NeverDiningHere #BadService #Where'sTheChicken? We ordered chilli chicken and in return we got sweet chilli chicken in a small plate for an expensive price. The quantity of the food is extremely small serving size. It's unbelievable!! Definitely not returning again. The owners seems to be in a very tight budget!

Got two butterchicken was ment to be $16.50 per meals but I told her i only had a $20 note and id go elsewhere which she said that $20 was fine. Got food home was very nice and great customer service, do need to downgrade there prices on menu but otherwise very good.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating and meals were very quick! Generous portions of meat and although more expensive than other places, you get what you pay for. Ordered 4 meals plus roti and it was probably enough food for 6!

Absolutely horrible chicken chopsuey!! Got a plate filled with cabbage!! Authentic fiji style, please don't be silly, its far from it. Seriously looking into what you are serving, for the money you charge.

ordered a lamb curry take away. it was 25 dollars by itself, didn't have change for a 50 note, got home, had to pour the oil from the top, it was swimming in it. not much flavor, and fatty. ended up on the toilet all night... i would never eat here again,

When we found this place a few years ago the food was fantastic, but like a lot of Indian restaurants it's been run into the ground, bad service and lazy ( read once frozen) food. The prices on the menu are also not valid so you don't know what you'll be charged. Sorry to say this but go elsewhere.

Service is super slow, the food is average and not worth the wait. Extremely overpriced and overrated. I would not recommend this restaurant at all . Portions are also terrible

I ate here a while go and the food was really bad. I really did not leave feeling satisfied. There are other Indian restaurants in the area which provide better service and food.

Indian-Fijian. This place has been here for ages. An old coffee shop with booth seating, they've also managed to cram more tables and chairs making the place hard to navigate. Lots of Indian standards, but you should try Fijian Jungly murgi - chicken curry.

The decor betrays its traditional coffee shop beginnings – dark wood panelling, booth seating and purple upholstery. Most come for the Indian favourites displayed on the flip side, like chicken tandoori, vindaloo and korma. Jungly murgi is an aromatic Fijian curry with chicken on the bone. Each dish comes with rice, pappadam, salad and two types of chutney (tamarind is a standout) served on a thali – a compartmented steel plate. Vegetarians can choose from butter dosa, thali or samosa, and the food is Halal.

Please be aware of the sign in this restaurant that say something along the line of "Prices may change without notice". In the menu, the Chicken Chop Suey is $13.50 however when we asked them what is the price the lady said "I was thinking about that this morning.. $15" and her reason was because the menu hasn't been changed in the last 8 years. But after reading a timeout article about this place (published 2012), it seems like the price was actually $12.90 back then. Seems like we have been scammed by this place!

Akash Pacific Cuisine is a small restaurant situated in the corner of Moore St and Northumberland St. It offers a Fijian take on Indian cuisine with some dishes that are influenced by Western and Chinese cuisine. They have an extensive menu covering foods such as steak, burgers, calamari and schnitzels. Most locals, however are here for the metal trays of rice, curry and chutney. akash pacific cuisine: spring rolls ($5.50): Since it was our first time eating Indian, we were unsure of what to order and if the food happened to be bad, at least we'd have spring rolls to fall back on. chicken chop suey ($13.50): I've always though chop suey was just a Chinese thing. Guess not. The dish consists mainly of cabbage, onion, Chinese cabbage and carrot, and chicken bound in a starch thickened sauce. It is served with rice but you could ask for noodles. It is one of the more popular dishes in Akash. It is sweet and the vegetables give it a nice crunch but the flavour becomes too concentrated as y

The Junli Murgi curry ($12.90) is a Fiji-style jungle curry made with free-range chicken. The chicken is lean, and has plenty of flavour, but you’ll need to exercise some patience, as the pieces are small and fiddly, and served on the bone.

Awesome ! Food was amazing .... Awesome !
Food was amazing , and really friendly owners. One of the best dosas I have ever had for sure ... My partners chicken curry was apparently great too. I can't agree with anything in the other reviews although he is quite attached to certain menu items haha, but he made us what we asked for and it was great . Cool booths to sit in and the price was good.

Highly recommend!

Awful service. Never have I been to a restaurant that is so well rounded at being atrocious. The food is overpriced and you can't get a cold beverage for less than $4.90. The waiting staff are rude and we found that they'd rather redirect you than get the chef to cook you the menu item that you asked for. Would absolutely not go there again.
