Review Rashays - Liverpool

Good atmosphere. We liked the outdoor area because it provides a an open air environment- which is important during the pandemic. Friendly staff. Good food - good variety too. Excellent variety of drinks - I ordered the strawberry lemonade. Clean restaurant. There appears to be a rear access - this is where you can find more parking. Bathrooms are located near the rear of the restaurant. This restaurant is COVID-safe.

Had the unlimited lemon lime bitter and chicken Alfredo pasta. The drink was really nice. There's an offer on Monday's and Tuesday's any pasta or pizza is 12 dollars. Which is quite cheap! Must try! And obviously everything is halal!

Amazing food and cocktails great customer service

Decent menu choices and at reasonable prices. The food took about 45 mins to arrive but it was prepared well and tasted quite good. It wa was worth the wait.

A restaurant chain without power points!! Absolute unbelievable outrageous unacceptable! We had to BYO a G-E-N-E-R-A-T-O-R ! How about get back to basic 101 with designing your restaurants to cater for your customers! This is constructive feedback

Fries are oily and not fresh, re fried in oil and offered on the plate. Same thing for the fish fillet sorry but a take away shop from the train station would do much better. Poor customer service and will definitely not come back again.

Terrible quality food, unhealthy menu with basic fried options. My kids would not eat their food and my burger was the same protein from the kids meal, just inside a stale, toasted bun. Have not had a dining experience like this ever before. Staff were nice, but the food was so bad, no amount of pleasant workers could make up for it unfortunately.

Super delicious food here. I highly recommend third place. The chicken, chips etc are all very tasty. You would want to go for a second round of the same dish if you wanted to 😁

Made 2 separate orders, each with a lychee crush which tasted completely different. One of the drinks had a lychee flavour while the other was just mint and ice. The drink was remade but still tasted like mint and ice. Extremely disappointed.

Highly recommend for couples, families, large groups or even naughty social dessert & coffee !! Absolutely loved our first visit to Rashay’s Macquarie Street, outstanding customer service, fantastic atmosphere, large variety of food to suit all fussy eaters from steak, pizza, pasta, seafood, meat eaters to juniors, can’t wait to visit again!

The most incredible food and service. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The ribs are amazing. Meat that falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. Definitely try the desserts. The best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Very highly recommended. Overall 5 star experience. I’ve found my new eating spot. I’m coming here now as often as I can.

Was invited to head down to try out the new parmy lasagne and it is safe to say I was very pleased with it. It was a mix of two delicious dishes merged into one! We also had the pesto chicken fettucine which was amazing (I am a sucker for a creamy pesto pasta), and a prawn and fetta pizza. The food came out quite fast, service was great and we left feeling very pleased :)

Waited 25 minutes for our salads until we were told that the order wasn't processed. Staff were apologetic and polite and one member informed us she would speak to the manager about providing a discount. No feedback was returned. We went to pay the bill and the manager told us there was a miscommunication and our order was put through but came out late due to a large table they had to serve. No compensation was offered.

The food was decent but the poor communication and service was poor. Not coming back here.

a really nice casual dinning restaurant for some delicious food, we ordered 2 chicken dishes , the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce was so good, and the other one is parmesan chicken was a little bit sour for some reason, and i really enjoy the dessert. Overall a nice experience.

Rashays is usually my go to place if i want to eat out locally. I usually come here whenever i want to catch up with friends. Their food is never really disappointing and the quality of the customer service varies depending on who serves you.
I had almost tried their entire menu but they've recently updated it and added more things, which is a nice change if i want a break from my usual order of Rashays chicken. Only disappointing thing about this place is that they've recently gotten rid of their dill aioli sauce. Which has always been a favourite of mine.

It was a Saturday and we had no booking. They gave us a table outside and forgot about us. Waited quite a while for the meals and when it came, the portions weren't to gush about. The taste was average, my fish and chips could have been better at a local eatery but you go for the real meat. Eyeing my friends, they had pretty small portions for things over $20 per plate. Taste still average.

This restaurant is a good place for family meals. They have lots of varieties of food for each person from vegetarians to meat lovers to 1-10 year olds. They have good deals like $10 lunch. This restaurant is not fancy but is nice for a family dinner. The prices are cheap and the service is kind and fast.

Rashays used to be the "IT" spot to hang out with friends at night. Cheap Pizza and Pasta make for a good night out. However, in recent years, the quality of food and service has declined. The Desserts are still wonderful!

Great service. Great atmosphere. The food servings were big and full of flavor. The steaks were cooked really well and everything really was just soo tasty and fresh. It was really cheap as well you definitely get what you pay for!

Food: steak + chips, cesar salad, schnitzel.
I personally love steak, but am always paranoid that steak would never be cooked the way i would like it to be.
I asked for the steak to be well-done, and it came out medium rare to a point where i could not even eat the steak, as some parts were not cooked long enough.

the cesar salad and schnitzel was average - for the amount we paid for our meals at the restaurant, we could get at a pub for a better value and a tastier dish.

Service: good - staff were attentive!

This is huge coming from me who normally only eat Asian food.

I had a steak lunch at Rashay's in the Liverpool Westfield Mall today. Everything is PERFECT!

I am particularly impressed by the girls at the desk. Friendly smile, good services, efficient and good food at good price too!

I do not drink sugar-water (soda, soft drinks). I asked one of the staffs to give me pour hot water into my water bottle. Not only did she had no problem with giving me the hot water but she also did this with a smile. The employer is lucky to have well trained staffs who provide nothing but good services.

To Rashay's!

Rashays is a chain of restaurants in South West Sydney which serve a good variety of 'cafe' food such as burgers, steaks, pizzas, pastas, seafood and desserts in a well-lit, casual, restaurant setting. They are licensed so you can also get alcoholic drinks. The staff are friendly and food arrives quickly. They also add a slice of lemon to your table water which is a nice touch. If you want deconstructed sashimi and lamb confit on top of souffle (or whatever convoluted creations the high end places come up with), this isn't the place to be. Rashays is all about enjoying simple, tasty food in large quantities. The prices are a little on the high end for the simple fare but the food is fresh and of reasonable quality. The steak ($25 for 500g T-bone with chips and salad) was cooked well and the pepper sauce was full of peppercorns though a little too zingy for my liking. The marinara pizza ($19) had a delightfully crispy base and the seafood topping was quite generous, though it did get a

Good food but a bit overpriced for its value.. The food were delicious, but most menu items seem overpriced. Other than that, the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly, and it was quite spacious inside the restaurant which is nice.

Not worth a look in. Staff that don't know Gin from Whiskey (you have to order th e alcohol at the bar???)
ceasar salad without bacon and egg, and the pizza. ..not worth a mention. slop for pasta. Please lift your game, big serves don't mean good serves

It was okay.... I cannot complain about the food (I ordered their chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce and chips), but I cannot overly boast about it either. The mushroom sauce was nice and creamy. The service, however, was the downfall. It was a very busy night. The wait staff all seemed like high school kids who need to be trained a little better. They made several errors and clearly lacked communication and organisation between them- this caused our table to not receive certain things we ordered, we then got given the wrong bill AND were overcharged for things we didn't order. Other than that, the wait staff were friendly. Because we went on a Sunday, we also had to pay a surcharge which we weren't happy about. I probably will return for the schnitzel with chips and mushroom sauce as it's nearby- but perhaps during a weeknight when it's not busy.

Great food, service and price...

Amazing food. Great tasty food with reasonable prices , perfect for friends and family gatherings and staff are very friendly.

Good casual food. Food here is decent. I've ordered the chicken schnitzel and steak dish on the specials menu, both which were quite enjoyable. Besides the items on the special menu ($8-$14) everything else on the menu seems to be priced on the higher end for what they are serving up. For example their chicken parmigiana is priced at $26, something which you can get of the same quality at many other restaurants for $10-$15. The restaurant is also spacious with an indoor aswell as outdoor seating, a good place to hangout with friends for a casual meal albeit an overpriced one. Staff are always friendly and attentive and come back to check if everything is okay once your meals have come out.

Would only eat again if I was in the area, starving and everything else was closed. Didn't enjoy the quality (or lack of) in the food

Awesome variety in selections of food choices. Friendly staff. Menu order cooked to perfection. Definitely will go again.

I dont know why people still go there. I guess its a place to hang out. Coffees are run down and food isnt consistant.
Minty
Always feel rushed, they want you in and out as fast as possible which is odd considering the place was pretty much empty when I was there. The waiter also took it upon himself to take $10 tip. We tried to question him in regards to our change but wouldn't come out from the back.

Not coming back. Overpriced for the quality.

Never! Never again was the response from my family! We dined at the Liverpool cafe Last night and ordered sum entrees. Five minutes later all the orders were on the table. First impression was,"wow that was quick!" second impression was damn! the orders were small for what you were paying! A short time later, the mains were ordered and as expected the mains arrived a short time after. I ordered the bbq beef ribs and was surprised that it filled the dinner plate. My wife and son ordered the $33 rib eye which was suppose to be approx 400gm of top cut but it looked like it was only half the weight! The BBQ ribs were terrible and it appears that it's was cooked prior ordering and nuked before serving. Soggy and tasteless! The drinks were overly priced at $10 a jug which was filled with ice and the biggest shock was the bill!!!! $255 !! Not happy Jan!!!

Expanding 'Cafe' with good food and fast friendly service. A real find in Sydney's South West. Check out the new outlet in Campbelltown. I like their steaks.
