Review Burgerking - Liverpool

Kitchen staff need a kick in the bum, ordered food at 12.08 got it at 12.27. food is nice but Luke warm but edible. It is clean and tidy, but the cleaning staff should be bought in to help on the tills. Management seemed no where to been seen as well. I will be staying away from this place again, alot better Bk elsewhere

Wow…this refurbished store certainly has the WOW factor. Amazing attentive staff…I ate the most scrumptious, delightful, gorgeous meal last night. It was a SHOW STOPPER. I will be back. 5 STARS!!!!!

It's the best BK in Liverpool, the store is brand new and amazing 😻 the food is delicious and the staff members are lovely 💝

What a silly slow place to get food. No wonder McDonald's across the road is flat out and this place is like an uncomfortable no man's land. Staff seem to serve themselves quicker than customers. Steer clear.

Food took 1 and a half hours to come and rude staff

Food was good, but the surroundings where disgusting. Tables had not been cleared or cleaned, I struggled to find a table that was clean enough to sit at. There were even discarded trays on the counter where you get the serviettes etc. People were having to clear tables themselves before they could sit down. There was not one member of staff cleaning. We were there at 3.30pm, and it wasn't busy, maybe 4 people queuing for food, so no excuse not to have a member of staff looking after the dining area.

A cold place to eat your meal, the upstairs was closed and the only spare seats were by the door 😔
