Pretty disappointing for the price! The meat was barely warm, and the tabouli was not prepped properly, the parsley Cleary was not rinsed well enough as there was still gritty sandy bits. Service was rushed even though it wasn't busy. We were overcharged by more than $11, and it took them a very long time to rectify. The only reason I gave more than 1 star is because the food was still amazing.
I can't speak for the experiences of others, but I came here a bit some years ago when I was in Brisbane and have finally come back again. The prices were discounted when I visited and everything tasted good. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I don't see any reason not to come back in the
Greeted promptly, server informed me of any delays straight away and even welcomed me back when I had dropped my fork and needed another.

Worse burgers ever, chicken was dry and lamb was stale like. Definitely not worth the price. Sad service and didn’t even added the cheese after being asked if I want any. Never again.
Chips were half frozen and the ratio between the chips and meat was terrible. I had little meat, even less amount of chips and but lots of cheese... now tell me how that makes sense? 2nd time getting this kind of service here.
I come to the hyperdome store often (more than I like to admit) the staff are extremely lovely and always remember my order which is so sweet! Dennis is an amazing worker and usually always makes my order! He's very friendly and easy to talk too! Such a nice guy!
